    not to necro-bump this, but somewhat curious, since the PDF version of the forms won't even let you print "N/A" - best you can do is "NA", since it won't let you enter anything but letters. Amazing consistency, isn't it...

    We're doing the online version, so they want a pdf file of this "statement." I guess no harm in doing it this way. If anything, they can always send out an RFE. Thanks!

    Is filling this section out a requirement for someone who has been in the country for almost 20 years and has no foreign address anymore?
