  1. Cheshire v Cheshire (FL) and Stump v Stump (IN) are two commonly cited cased from about 4 or so years ago.... It would be nice to see if there are more recent cases upholding this or maybe the courts have finally seen the errors of these decisions...

    you need to contact social services in the county you live in..It should be in the yellow pages, or search for it online..tell them your situation and they will make sure that you are in touch with the proper authorities and get you the help you need, and they will most likely find the ahole that left you..

  2. you definately have to submit the annulment with the application, but I am curious that she actually has one already?? because I just paid for one for my fiance this spring and it cost me over $3000, and very few filipinos can afford that.. and you dont have to submit the childs birth cert with the application, but you do have to file his name and date and place of birth on the form. They will ask for the childs info from her when she interviews. Of course it would be a good idea to mention her child in your letter of intent also. Good luck
