Our marriage is legally valid in the eyes of USCIS. I do not believe you have a legal contract in the US like you would if you were to get married by the justice of peace.

Our timeline went fast because we compiled our petition in a legal folder with brads. If you completed the forms correctly with organization, you should have no problems.
