  1. Starburst you have my fingers crossed for the interview notice.

I didn't have the second "EAD card production ordered e-mail", but my AP was touched twice ( on the 14th & on the 17th) after the approval e-mail

thank you!!! I really hope I get it soon!

I was thinking yesterday how much it would suck if I had my interview on the 8th of october(my birthday). Then again I could try and play the "IT'S MY BIRTHDAY APPROVE MY GREENCAD!" angle! lol I wish!

Haha, I was scared too, because my birthday is on Sep-2 and my husband's is on Sep-19, and my parents are visiting form Sep 3rd to 13th  ...so it will be a very busy month for us, but thank God the interview is after all of it on Sep-22  . I am pretty sure that yours will be way before your B-day  !

  2. OMG I need a superquick answer from people who have already done bio! My husband just asked me if his fingerprints will be rejected because he has a wart on his thumb. Anyone know what to do? He's had it for almost a year and he's tried multiple removal techniques, that sucker's not going anywhere.

On the forms you fill out does it ask if you have anything that would obstruct your prints? OMG if we're delayed because of a stupid wart I'm going to be so angry!

Before taking my fingerprints they checked all my fingers one by one to see if I have any cuts or anything else  . After that they let me do the fingerprints, because my fingers were ok. I know that they will send you back if you have cuts...I don't know about wards. I hope it will be without any complications for you . Did he have the ward on the Point of entry when they took his fingerprints? If he did, he should tell them! Good luck

Starburst I hope you're right :star:

  3. I come with good news!! JUST got this less then 10 minutes ago!!

  4. ei guys i have a question..

about the 30 days limit before calling the USCIS..is it prior to the date when i sent my AOS package or is it when i received my NOAs..?

cuz i sent my AOS July 10 and i received my NOAs on the 18th of July..so im just confused on when to call them..should i wait until the 19th of Aug b4 callin them..?

I believe it's the issue date of your NOA's

Oana31 congrats. You give me hope, I sent my paperwork on June 24, but still waiting for AP & EAD :crying: ...

  5. Congrats, DaveChels!!

(Yeah, I noticed they often send notifications around 7pm PT / 10 pm ET. I think they probably gather all approvals for the day and email notices to everyone at the end of the day. That may even be done by one of their contractors.)

That makes a lot of sense, I've never thought about it.

    GNS, congratulations!

Yes, and don't forget that they're based in Cali, it's pacific time zone, so it's not that late at night as it seems to us  .

Congrats to all for the good news! Nothing for me...I hope to get update after the biometrics on Saturday.
