Our Story
Came to USA as a visitor in 1997, met my husband and married 1998 in Hawaii, filed my papers and got my GC in 1999. Our son Lucas was born in Agost 2000 and our second son in 2002. In DEc on 2002 we all moved to Brasil and we had the greast time but in 2005 when my husband got a chance to make lots of money back in the US we decide to go back and to my surprise i found out that i had lost my rights to my GC , i didnt know we need to ask before we left for a reentry permit so to make a long story short, my husband move back (USA) and me and the kids stayed behind in Brasil. We filed all our paperwork again, fees and all and after being approved for I130, I129f we moved back in 2006, Come in wuth the wife visa k3 and just now filed for AOS....interview july 30th 2009...its amazing that after 12 years of marriage and 2 kids i have to go through all this again....I understand its the law..i understand...
