I just got married with my boyfriend, so i'm not yet on his lease and we don't have bank account together...well actually as for now, what we have is a marriage certificate and tones of pics (we know each other since two years).....so would that be sufficient???

but they said that a G325A has to be filed by both in several forms, even though i do think its weird...lots of people have different opinions about it, its quite confusing...

when they ask to send copies of marriage certificate, does these need to be done at the borough clerk (i just checked the price: 75 dollars per page )

or could i just copy it with whatever printer?? lol

but there is no restrictions in the use since i was supposed to be working in the usa for only a year with a J visa?

Now the J visa is expired and i'm on vwp.

I notice that in several forms, they ask for a security number...well i am really confused cause i used to have one when i was working here as an au pair in 2007/08 but i have no idea if it is still effective...?

so i called today, and this wasn't really helpful, the woman i had on a phone told me stuff i already knew, like i have to have the marriage licence first. I tried to ask how much time in advance i should reserve a civil ceremony date, but she stayed really vaque

I'm wondering if my statut is changed after getting married or should i still write vwp? In the I-765 question 15, they ask for my current immigration status, but i ve read already that my current status can be different from the one i had when i first entered the us..???
