I got married to a US citizen and I applied for AOS (still pending)

I need to get my social security card done. Can I do that before receiving my actual green card? I am wondering what i should bring to the ssn administration? I'm certain I need my passport and my EAD but ...what else??

yes i guess...only they leave the "number of pages:4" on the description...

Do they mean i have to go there to fill it and i can not just do it by myselve?

- Should i leave blank my middle name is i don't have any or write NONE (i'm kinda scared they would think my middle name is none, even though that would be dumb, but well lol)

- Do i write name my new last name, even if i got married few days ago? what if i decide to keep bith my own last name and add my new husband one?

- Everytime they ask for a prove i filed the I 485 ( for example on the I 765), what should i do if i file everything in the same time?

- everything (I 130 pack + I 485) should be mailed at chicago (i live in nj)?

- Do i have to write down "by hand" bona fides (for example letters from family, etc) or the advance parole explanation, or can i just type in on a computer and print it?
