  1. Good morning folks,

    I did sent the I 130 Package to the Chicago lock box on Dec 13th. On Dec 23th I got the confirmation email stating they had received the application and it was being fwd to California Service Center. Everything normal, so far, Yesterday I got this email from USCIS and I have no idea what this could mean. Any help and/pr feedback is highly appreciated... good luck everyone

  2. My petition for alien relative ( I-130 ) IR5 was received by USCIS on July 05, 2010 and the check of $355 for the fee was cashed on July 13, 2010. My mother lived outside US

    when I check email, It said

    I am really confused now. I submitted the package on Dec 13th.... :o

  4. Hello! We also did not receive an email when Chicago Lock box received our I-130. We just checked the tracking number from FedEx to see if it has been delivered. We did receive a text though (no email AGAIN) for our NOA1. My husband called USCIS to check if they have the right email address on their file and guess what, they can't say. :whistle: Our receipt number is not even working :bonk: , that means we can't check as well through USCIS website if our case has been touched or what. The agent from USCIS said that it's normal. She (agent) told my husband that what matters is the hard copy. We received our NOA1 hard copy 3 days after we received a text message from USCIS.

    Thanks for the reply. I haven't received email nor text message :( it's been almost ten days after they received it. I've been checking members timelines and seven days seems to be the norm...
