There could be many reason , one could be you may be forgotten to sign it, or sign another document enclosed in it so they are sending it back. Maybe
I really doubt it, I got it check three times for different friends. I'll keep you all posted, if you hear anything or think about anything else, let me know. Thanks again

On first glance it looks to me like they got the wires crossed and somehow you were sent an e-mail intended for another case. Put your recipt number into the USCIS tracking site and see what it says:
I got the same info. The weirdest thing is I sent the package for my wife and my two stepsons. I got the same email for each case number.

Hello! We also did not receive an email when Chicago Lock box received our I-130. We just checked the tracking number from FedEx to see if it has been delivered. We did receive a text though (no email AGAIN) for our NOA1. My husband called USCIS to check if they have the right email address on their file and guess what, they can't say. Our receipt number is not even working , that means we can't check as well through USCIS website if our case has been touched or what. The agent from USCIS said that it's normal. She (agent) told my husband that what matters is the hard copy. We received our NOA1 hard copy 3 days after we received a text message from USCIS.
Goodluck on your visa journey!
Thanks for the reply. I haven't received email nor text message it's been almost ten days after they received it. I've been checking members timelines and seven days seems to be the norm...

Hello everyone.
First, let me thank you all for the great info available in this website. I am going to get married soon, but I am a bit scared because, I've been to jail once because of a fight I got into in a bar like five years ago. This was back in Puerto Rico. Do you see any problem when I submit the petition for mi wife to be?
Thanks again
Help please, I am really counfused now!!!
