    I met the love of my life in Nicaragua in 2009 on a mission trip. Somehow, Armando fell in love with me while he saw a dirty, sweaty me build a church and paint churches. I still don't understand how THAT happened! LOL But he continued to pursue me and asked me at the end of the three week trip to be his girlfriend. I asked for time to think and pray about it. I knew that God wanted me in this relationship after one month of praying and getting advice from close friends and family. Two months later, Armando asked me again and I happily agreed. I'm so glad God sent him into my life! He's so romantic despite the distance and the language barrier! Oh, did I forget to mention that?!?! Yeah, he's at the beginning of learning English and I'm at learning Spanish. God is our life and fills us with love for each other. On July 9th, 2009, Armando asked me to marry him and I said yes! We got married on May 22, 2010 and getting ready to celebrate 1 year!
    We are now at NVC in the CR Visa Process!

    AVR tells me that I have an RFE and operator says AOS has been approved--last night; AVR says it's received the AOS checklist and they'll let me know about the decision soon--this morning. CRAZY!

      yeah same thing here...told i have a rfe from congressman liaison but not showing up via email,txt or online i called they said its not showing up for them either if i dont get it by Monday to call and see if there is a mix up..please pray for us Ashley I am getting so frustrated..this is third story we have been told about our petition:(...i am praying for u daily..

      I know the feeling..... I called today and the first operator told me to ignore everything there is no RFE..... which is funny he was wrong all along. they sent me an email and all that. Sometimes I really get Frustrated with them..... some of them can be so rudeee and unhelpful... but girlies keep your head up..... it will all be over soon for us and our hubbies will be here with us..... <3 :)
