  6. if your mom files, the category for unmarried children over 21 is 2B in the visa bulletin. For the Phillipines, they are working with petitiones that have a priority date of November 15, 1998

if you file for your siblings, the cateogry is 4th, and they are working with petitions that have a prioriy date of December 8,1987

so how about my sister 38 yrs old married has 3 kids are below 21 years old and she still married. how i can file to her and how many years she can wait?

  7. apart from the i130 for each of them, proof of citizenship and birth certificates. If they aren't in English, you need to attach a translation. you need to proove you are siblings, at least having one or two parents in common.

like the others said your mom can't file for your married sister. and if she files for your unmarried sister, your sister cannot marry unless your mom becomes a USC. Both of you can file for your unmarried sister. no need of the affidavit of support now.

so, just 2 I-130 for my unmarried sister, and my unmarried brother and my mother cannot file for my sister married. my mother green card holder. so need to submit together birth certificate both of them and my mother birth certificate am i right?

correct me if i m wrong it takes 10 yrs to petition mother vs daughter, son if unmarried?

so, since i m USC i can file them together just only I-130 and birth certificates i think correct me if i m wrong it takes 23 yrs to wait my 3 siblings.?

    thank you for reply appreciate

  8. hi,

it was long time never post again, about my mother case is already done i dont have any problems now, but i had something to do right now to help i am USC and my mother permanent resident i had to 2 sisters 1 married had 3 kids all of them was really young she is 38 years old, and my 1 sister was 35 she has disability deaf person unmarried. and i had 1 brother 39 years old unmarried. they are came from philippines my concerned was i want to petition them even we know they are taking too long. but i just want to know what supposed to do like getting evidence and the form.

    these are my questions.

what form should i get to USCIS?

should i sign each of them especially my sister married she got 3 kids and her husband should i put in one application?

what evidence of my sister married supposed they can send?

how about my brother unmarried and my sister disable deaf, what evidence the can send?

i m petitioner what should i send together all the applications?

and, i wonder if my mother can petition them and what evidence she can submit she is working right now but she's low income and i wondering is that true if my mom petition them is not getting longer than mind. because i believed they had to wait 22 years to approved if i petition them.

please anybody had experience and ideas please share with me i would appreciate thank you,

  9. hi everybody,

my mother 69 yrs old got recently a green card but she want to bring my brother unmarried 39 yr old and my sister unmarried 36 yr old in u.s. but we know how long its gonna be but we want to know the papers to filed. my siblings came from philippines i know its gonna be takes forever to come here.

and the one thing my mother has no work she cant provide the support of evidence how come she can petition for this.

    now my questions are.

what form should we petition to my siblings abroad including the evidence.

what my mother can used the affidavit support to my siblings.

should i filed the petition even my mother file too.

and the other things are i had one sister married 39 yr old and she had 3 kids 5,13,15 i want to petition them i wondering is that the same waiting time for unmarried sister. and is that the same thing papers to filled out. i m always confused. please any help

    thank you for the answers.

  10. Husband should be getting a visa as well and so should children if they're under 21 and unmarried - I think CSPA could be involved as well there to preserve their age so they don't age out.

I think when you fill out info for your sister - you will provide also info on her husband and children (you don't fill out separate I-130s for them as there is no category for nieces, nephews or brother in law).

    Hope this makes more sense.

i dont know what is CSPA?

  11. You can certainly send in I-130 petition for your sister. It takes around 23 years to get the visa number.

ok i got that I-130 and takes 23 years to get visa #. my question in my mind how about her kids and husband how do i filed them i wonder is that the same form but each person separated or just only 1 form I-130 thats it! and of course i need more application aside I-130 form. i wondering what form other than I-130.

my sister 38 yrs old if she wait 23 yrs she gonna be 61 years old.. oh Lord!

do you think thats why still in national benefits center because of that...

  15. what was your RFE for? Maybe if we knew what that was for it might help us give a more accurate range of reasons, as I am sure some things take longer to complete/check than others
