Received our NOA 2 . Was approved. This site was NOT beneficial or helped, determination to get our approval. If one has nothing to help they should not say nothing. I found many remarks here unfavorable. though one lady did give us some inspiration.

I have spoken to a immigration Lawyer on 22nd. I sent packet on 23rd received on 24 already.

Thanh I do not know Truc yes. They denied her at Vietnam yet here she was approved. I guess approval was here at the California office but this Thanh I will address once I send all forms.

Larisa returned to Russia with in the 90 days. her son who accompanied her did not like the states so they left. Came November 2005 went back to Russia Jan 2006.

Ask for a little help. not your opinion

Crazy as in quantity.. Yes. not  proud of 4 marriages. all were short. Last Russian wife seems to have plans without me. 2 years both Russian Chinese had so many issues I did not know she lied on visa. Found out only when we married. she hires lawyer. she is legal .

Any how looking to turn in some medical progress notes from VA doctors with the waiver of medical issues. making some poor decisions in marriages. 

my question is this a way I should go with waiver for divorcing so much

Have issue need to submit waiver. I had 4 marriages using K1 visa status. I am veteran with some mental condition I am getting help with now. Should I apply this condition for Waiver? I have in medical file which I will submit. I am currently getting help and I NOT a Threat to anyone.

Lost job now on disability and army pension.

I live normal life just need to plan things out before going out

My name is Dominic. I am in the process of bringing my girl from Vietnam to Las Vegas NV. Received a letter requesting more information regarding past marriages.

Letter indicates requesting, a copy of divorce decree. (SHOWING PROOF OF FILING, MUST BE CIVILY FILED AND SIGNED BY A JUDGE OR MAGISTRATE and RECORDED.

Mine has been filed with stamp of name of person, a Commisoner and clerk.

i filed these forms along with all documents pertaining with my I-129 F packet. I do not understand if something has changed.

I used these same documents before in 2004 for the same process a I-129 F for a girl in Russia. Had no problems, she received visa but decided to return back to Russia.

Again, does anyone know, has this section change, perhaps needing signitures in stead of stamped name of persons working in the court system.

I appreciate any help with this. Documets need to be filed by 23 July, short time I have.

Hi to all

My name is Dominic. I have been to this sight many years ago processing as now a k1 visa but that time was for a Russian lady. it worked out but she went home.

Now about 6 years later. Giving up on old mother Russia and looking more east word I have found someone who has touched my heart once again. And feel I have to her.

I have done the process before with forms for Russia But this is new and Like to have some pointers that I may not be aware of for VN. Example photos, names.

I will complete all my forms myself as I did long ago. I had no problems but I did my homework and I am doing this now once again.

I live in Las Vegas Nevada, I work in Security. It seems like their is not really that big of a VN community here but I do know a few here.

I went to VN in November 2009 to meet my girl Truc. It was wonderful. Had a VN style wedding ceremony, went to the sea, walked on the beach. Had no problems with the food. The weather was unusual, I guess humid. Never experience that before. The people were great. Want to go back again.

My name is Dominic and its been a long while since I been here. Actually stating new you can say. Last time I was here it was 2000. For a girl in Russia.

Now its Vietnam. I really wished I went their in 2000, but better late then never.

I live in Las Vegas Nevada. Starting all my forms. I have forms that date back 5 years.

Besides the cost, really $465 or 455 Dollars.

Can anyone tells me is their anything special I need to be aware of? In forms or procedures?

I been reading up but their is nothing better then the personal touch.
