Just too much shock for this to happen the day after we finish forms.

It is tough to understand the desire for this.

We have had agruments in past, even on QIP, but never anything physical.

It is really strange that she begins this after finishing papers, because I have not sent them.

As it requires much money, I was waiting for next payday.

So I don't see her gain from this as only for a green card.

But it is most disturbing.

She speaks with many Russian friends in all areas of USA, we even visit one that is near a couple of times.

She has only been hear 6 weeks.

I think she gets all this from a friend, but did not do it correctly.

Almost exactly 1 month after our marriage, and a year of tough paper work to get her here...now it is over.

After she stayed up all night on computer, when I woke, she tells me does not feel safe, she asks me where can be safe?

A friend tells her to go to a 'shelter' !

I feel very strange that we just finished our adjustment of status papers, and the next morning she tells me this.

Now I don't trust what happens next...I read the horror stories about others calling police for abuse to get them kicked out.

I'm at work, but am feeling very cautious...I did not see this coming.

I felt we had it very good since we were near same age, that she was not after anything.

Now I have no idea.

Anybody been thru this?

Or know where this comes from?

Is it being very homesick?

She Skypes almost daily to family and friends, I would think this helps.

Plans go to chaos!

Aeroflot was 1 hour late of flight from Krasnoyarsk to Moscow, and they sat on runway in Moscow another hour...

So she missed her flight to New York

Aeroflot put her in motel, and a few meals...but all plans after arrival are in a mess.

A large snow blizzard is heading this way, and should be in New York about the same time she lands on December 19.

(I think she brings Siberia with her)

We may be stuck in New York a few days, as it is a long way home to Alabama by car, with snow blocking the path.

How did it work out?

We decided to wait a couple of weeks after interview to be sure visa was in hand.

I also risked buying the tickets just after we learned of the interview date.

Marina returned to Krasnoyarsk to finish packing and telling goodbyes.

I drive to New York to pick her up this Friday

We're just a few days behind y'all.

Marina was approved today in Moscow !

She returns home and packs, say goodbye's and waits for visa to arrive.

Hope to fly her over on the 18th

The 'Fire Breathing Dragon' was due his monthly scrafice to prevent a fire storm in the village.

But all knew it would be a night of peace in the village...

Early the next morning the villagers awoke to their houses burning and crops in ruin...

The livestock and dogs were nowhere to be found...

All gathered together outside to discover the Dragon had distroyed their village.

At the sacrifical site the vigin was found...tattered and torn...but still alive...

She informened the villagers that the Dragon was very unhappy with their offer...

He was fed up with all the virgins being set to him...

Tired of all the screaming, yelling, and bloody mess...

He now demanded someone wth experiance...

The women volunteers quickly lined up all the way back to the village.

There is also a program that sinses your keystrokes...

It can tell if your typing in English or Russian, and it switches automaticly.

It make a 'ding' sound, and you can bypass if your a bad speller.

You still need to add Russian in your computer setings as a option.

Get her a wireless keyboard, lable it Russian, and you use the wired keyboard...works great.

There was same type sauna in Krasnoyarsk...but never see in USA.

We are very happy to have NOA2,

But is still tough to release all tension until we know interview date.

It does wear on the nerves.

I feel when we know interview date, the ball really starts rolling vs just sitting there for 5 or 6 months

Looks as those about to begin now will have smoother and less frustrating path.
