Trying to schedule the interview....call ed in 4 times at 18 dollars a call, each time told, no slots released...call back in a few days

You should not have to purchase a new pin for each call. When you purchase the pin to make the calls, you are told that it is good for 3 calls or a limited time. I actually called 12 times for various lengths of time and always used the same pin successfully so give it a try. It may not work for you but it did for me.
