I got my oath date yesterday (it updated online saying they put it in the mail). I can download the first page from the portal but still waiting for the physical copy. I'm expecting it next week. I wonder if I could just show up with a printed copy of the first page and if they could give me the questionnaire there? hmm...anyway, here is my TL for n-400

i got the RFE today (date on it is Jul 21) i dont even get what they want as I had sent all the stuff they are asking for.

took care of bio apt yesterday. super quick and easy...went in 15 mins before scheduled time...walked out 5 mins before scheduled time now the waiting begins...AGAIN!

I forgot to add the date of the NOA1 was 4-14 ....my biometrics appt is in Sacramento on 5/17

Congratulations! Heh, I love how they sent an approval notice e-mail more than a month after you got the welcome letter in the mail. I wonder if they will fix their system by the time we are back in it for lifting conditions.

you know for most on here (some did not get the approval notice sent even) the 'approval notice sent" means "green card in mail"...oh and the letter that comes with the green card actually says that you're approved and here is your new card so it literally IS an approval notice lol

btw mine was dated may 8, 2009...my interview date....also date of first card production ordered

i am ashmaed to admit that i stalked the mailman today lol...he usually delivers our mail at around noon...i had to wait till 2pm today ...needless to say he did have my green card with him so it's allgood:) my letter came from Lee's Summit,MO tho...not from Corbin...hm. anyways...won't have to deal with USCIS anymore until Nov of this year when we move....I hope the address change will not be a big deal.

I got my second CPO e-mail on 15 June, and was touched again on 16th (but the status didn't change). I a kind of hoped that this touch meant that the card had been mailed but I guess I was mistaken - no card in the mail yet

hey you I think the reason why we wont get the card til tomorrow or tuesday is cuz we live all the way out in CA (i'm guessing you do too cuz ur local office is the same as mine.).

I don't think so! hang in there because I have heard of a number of people that did not get any CRIS updates after Card production ordered or did not even get that one and got their card anyway! Others get an actual "card sent" email etc

I receive the "Approval Notice Sent" email as well. Fingers crossed for quick receipt of the card.

Yes, I did. On June 12th card production ordered and on 16th, I485 approval notice, just like you, cause I too have had the I485 approval notice since May 6th:) I guess Monday or so you'll get the card (Monday cause USPS is not working on Sundays:))

Since I'vealready received the welcome letter and approval letter, I am cautiously going to expect my card within the next few days

I think Marikiya dhr did receive the second cpo email. I think she is referring to the email that LA80 recently received about mailing of the card.

I just got another CRIS e-mail, and my card was MAILED TODAY!

Once I get it, oh....what a celebration that gonna be.

Let's just hope they sent it to the right address since I had to move and filed AR11, and then called misinformation service. Even if it reaches the old address, I am sure my mother in law will not keep it. So yes guys, the second CPO is the real thing.

you did not get a second one for June 12? I really don't understand how all this works because it seems like a good number of people got that second cpo e-mail but others did not, most of us have the same/similar timeline....what a puzzle

That is true, I have really noticed that delay too.

um you're replying to a post from May 27th we have LOONG since been in the know about this one. thanks tho! I've been waiting for my card for 6 weeks so it'll come soon.
