got another drs letter requesting an humantarian visa so my husband can come home our son patrick is on a life sustaining ventilator so were going or trying to go through the expedition process

well he wasny denied but got refused yet again due to the fact that they STILL dont believe our relationship our marraige is real...so it got sent back to USCIS again to reviewed yet again really disappointing

My husband has an appointment March 8th 2011 at 3 pm I'm really anxoius whats going to happen A friend told me that interviews end at 130 pm and that the afternooms are for visa issuance I really wish I knew what was going to happen...

Just got great news our case was reaffirmed and snet to the Department of state for Visa issuance..please God let this be the end of our long journy

no we werent denied or approved but our case was sent back and as of now our case in AP AND Our evidence is being reviewed...

I really Am beginning to lose hope that he will never get his visa,I dont know what to do anymore,With a sick son and no support system here for strength im at my wits end..just lost

i just wanted to stop by and say hi my husbands name is hicham to he lives in fes ..weve been in ap for the last year and half and to top that off we were never approved or denied...all it was was proof which they got lats july and we are still waiting..good luck to you

hi shayma me too but i really have no more hope of this happening for the reason that the uscis really doesn't care about peoples hardships ...ive lost all hope

its been 2 and a half years since i filed his i-130 ,and now its been a year and half since our case got sent backand still we wait yet another 6 months for background checks..whats the hold up

well im still waiting but my son is very sick and we have make a wish working on it too to bring his dad home and we also have the congress man working on it too so im hoping to hear some wonderful news soon

still havent heard anything and the 60 days are up im now getting very very worried

Well its been 5 and half months and we still havent heard anything....I praying that God will give an answer soon
