  5. Hello there fellow VJ's, just curious here, me and my fiancee got married in the Philippines October 29, 2009, and hubby went back in the US after a week, now, he is updating his insurance and he is about to put our names (me as his wife and two step-daughters) as his additional dependents, will that work? eventhough our petition is not yet approved / filed?

I appreciate your input on this matter. God Bless....anyone who have an idea on this matter?

  6. Hi fellow Vj's, just a quick question here, i am getting my new passport now using my new surname with my husband..i ask some of the people here in the travel agency, and they told me to get a CFO Seminar in Manila before getting a new passport with new husband surname, is that true? I got married Oct 29 and wanted to change my passport with new surname now..Will i not just go directly to DFA to secure a new passport with new surname without the CFO Seminar, since our petition will still be submitted after getting my new passport...Please help on what to do please? thanks alot and God Bless us all.

  7. Sorry, i forgot to ask, with the G325A, i will have 4 COPIES of the 1st page and only ONE copy on the second page, am i right here?

About sending the envelope to the USCIS, will i still put my address at the upper left hand of the envelope? or just the USCIS address itself?

Thanks again guys, you rock! I appreciate ALL your help and God Bless us all.

  8. Good day fellow Vj's, am just curious here now since i am sending the petition for my wife and my two step daughters. Will i use 3 separate envelope of them three? and will i send this 3 applications in one time?

Thanks and God Bless us all.

  9. Hi there Scott and Mhay, I am referring to my Philippine Passport, it expires next year (Aug 2010) but still i insert this to the petition, will this not cause any problem (since the old passport is still on my ex - husband surname) but in the G325A Form that i send, i already use my New Married Surname Signature. Thanks again and I appreciate your time.

  10. Hi fellow VJ's, just wondering if i can use my old passport as one of the requirement in filing a CR-1 Petition. With my old passport, that is still my ex - husband's surname. Can i just use that as one of the requirement then just change it to my new married name on the NVC process or interview? Will that not cause any problem? and with the G325A Form - i use my newly married signature already....I appreciate your immediate answers. God Bless
