  1. Ciao again,

    how's everyone doing?

I have a question, Does the 90 day window mean you have to file on that day (90days before GC expires)? If not, is there a reason for doing it right then? Can you wait a week or 2 after the 90 day before mark? I dont think I'll be ready thats why Im asking.

    Thanks :help:

Hi everyone! Just had a quick question here on VJ, I am about to submit my ROC papers next week (JULY 17)...and i have 2 girls (11 & 9 years old)... I am including them on my form because we came in the U.S. at the same time, but my question is...before i write a check, do i need to pay for my two girls BIOMETRICS fee? Any help is greatly appreciated...God Bless us all ♥

  5. Thanks Scott and Mhay! :)....called NVC...and guess what did they tell me today???? said am case complete August 16 and that our papers was not yet forwarded to USEm bec SEPTEMBER is already full for interviews..and they ask me again to call NVC around September 15 to ask about my interview date...frustrates me...even upsets me...so OCTOBER will be the interview for us who was SIF/Case Complete for August 16 onwards.. :(

Its only been a little over a week. Have you looked at other timelines? I know it was taking some time before to get the interview appointments. You may have missed the cutoff for september (hopefully not though). Have you called the NVC and listened to the recording and talked to a Human?

  6. Thank you for ur reply... I really appreciate it...yes, I am CR-1 and both my kids are CR-2...THanks again..Thats a big help...:)

If they are also applying for CR-2 Visas then yes you need to bring them. They may be asked a few basic questions (not really interviewed) but the Embassy needs to confirm the kids are who you claim they are.
