No news yet, which sucks cause I'm almost out of chocolate. I ate the last of my brownies last night, dang they were good.

I thought interview dates were assigned and emailed within 2 days of case closure. Either way, 2 weeks?!?! Not sure I can survive that, where's my chocolate? I need junk food.

No news on my end. We received the false RFE email but haven't received interview date, that was very sad. For my evidence, I'm putting it in 2 folders, 1 for basic evidence, simple little things like SS of skype calls for proof of communication, then in the second folder I put the more indepth data in case they want more data.

Ahh. Well I've taken a second job that I absolutely loath so that I can pay off all my bills from the wedding and cover the medical without putting it on my credit card. So I want to get my medical out of the way ASAP so that I can quit.

At least 6 weeks? Where'd you get that from? Most I've seen are 2, 3 or 4 weeks.

You can make your medical appointment now if you like. You don't need your appointment letter, I called them up and they only require your case number.

No news on my end, we are waiting on the AVR too. It's amazing how comforting knowing they actually GOT the documents is, but they deny us that.

Any news yet about your RFEs being correct?

I posted my DS-230 to my husband in America while he waited for his letter of employment, then he posted them all in together.

You must be close to hearing something about your NVC case complete. Are you calling the AVR or signing in? What does the AVR says when you call?

Nothing yet, they still haven't updated the AVR saying they've recieved our I-864 and DS-230 packets yet.
