i jsut got off the pone with NVC operator, i asked her how should i procede, she told me that my wife can bring the PCC at the time on interview, case is in final review. so i am not gonna send my pcc. i guess they gonna let my case go though ....

we will see..........

i have sent my DS-230 packet 8 days ago without attaching police clearance certificate and Today i have received PCC from my wife.

is ok to send PCC to NVC without getting RFE? i am thinking to send PCC using any barcode sheet the we get for AOS, DS-230, or choice of agent form. please reply ASAP. or just wit from RFE?

i got the origional PCC of Ahmedabad passport office. i will hold on to it untill i get RFE.

No update from my side, still waiting for case completion. desi now a days NVC takes longer than 10 days to comple the case. i guess.

i am disagree with your comment that you gonna send color copy of PCC without RFE because this might put your case on delay. i have read that somewhere in VJ that dont send anything unless they asked for it or got RFE. so just make sure that is it ok to send it without u r being asked. whenever NVC asks for something they send barcode and stuff so....verify that.

No update from NVC yet. its been one week of submission of DS-230.

i guess its taking at least two weeks now a days or may be more. put ur hands to gether and sleep tight

i would suggest to wait untill your NOA2 comes. thats the right time because PCC is valid for only six months.

I just talked to NVC operator she told me that they have received the DS-230. please allowed 6 to 8 weeks for review. she said same as AVR. so i guess i have to wait and watch.
