Hi,

I got a RFE stating that my medical forms DS-2053, DS-3024, DS-3025 and DS-3026 are not in my records.

I got my medical examination in Ciudad Juarez to get the K1 on 2/25/09 and then got the vaccination supplement in Boston and mailed it with my AOS application.

I believed that was it, am I wrong? Did they loose those forms?

this happened to me as well! anyone have any ideas?

we had to get my wife's medical redone here in the states.

i guess we're in the holding period. will update my profile. we have moved on from k-1 to AOS now.

Hello fellow Visa Journey Members,

My wife and I received a notice stating my wife's case has been transferred to CSC on June 18th. I am getting worried because we haven't heard anything from them. I did make two request to have her misspelled middle name corrected (which drove me crazy!!!)

It was last touched on 08/17/2009. Should I be worried that I haven't heard anything from them? I have been reading the forums and most people get their greencard within 2 months after it was been transferred to CSC.
