HELLO EVERYONE, MY HUSBANDS INTERVIEW IS IN JUNE, AND HIS CASE HAS ALREADY BEEN FORWARDED TO THE CONSULATE IN JERUSALEM. ANYWAYZ I WANTED TO ASK IF THIS IS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM, ON MY HUSBANDS BIRTH CERTIFICATE, HIS MIDDLE NAME IS JAMIL, BUT WHEN I FILED HIS PAPERS AND DID THE DS230 AND I864 AND EVERYTHING ELSE, IT WAS SPELLED JAMEEL. IS THIS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM, EVEN DS230 PART 1 IS SIGNED JAMEEL. I JUST REALIZED THIS NOW, WHAT SHOULD I DO, I MEAN ITS THE SAME NAME JUST WITH 2 E'S, MY MISTAKE......IS THIS GOING TO BE A PROBEM, MAYBE SOMEONE FROM THIS FORUM CAN HELP ME PLEEEEEAAAAASSSSEEE!!!!!!!

hi again. well on my husbands birth certificate his middle name is spelled like this Jamil, but on his ds230 and everything else, its spelled like this Jameel, same name but i put 2 e's instead of an i, is this a problem, will it be a problem at the interview???????

thanks im just so paranoid cause he has people with the same first and last name, i just dont want them to make that a problem, even though he has a different middle name, dob, ss #, passport, you know it just gets me paranoid and stressed. i just want him to get that visa and come to me.

Hi everyone, i wish you all the best in getting that visa. Anyway, i posted this topic on another forum but i thought maybe this forum would have more experience i hope. Here goes, my husbands lives in a village in palestine and his name is Mohammed. He also has many cousins in the same village.

Its cultural that each family should atleast name one of ther sons mohammed. Anyways my husband has maybe about a few, maybe 5 cousins with the same first and last name , since their all cousins. BUT EACH PERSON HAS THEIR OWN MIDDLE NAME AND THEIR OWN PASSPORT AND SS NUMBER. Do you think at the initial interview which is next month this would maybe cause a problem or anything like that, i mean when they check fingerprints and pull up his full name theyll see that he has no history or backgroung. So what do yall think about this situation, i hope someone can help me with this problem from this forum. I wish all the best for the person that does. would it be a problem that he has a few cousins with the same name, even though he has his own info and he also submitted both palestinian and israeli police c- both clear, so would this still pose a problem. I feel like im going crazy with all this. someone help!Would it be a cause for ap- even though he has his own info and fingerprint and pc which are clear. Whats gonna happen? It won't cause any problems but it might cause a red flag for AP

BUT IF FINGERPRINTS AND HIS NAME CHECK AND EVERYTHING COME BACK CLEAR WHY WOULD THAT CAUSE AP? EACH ONE HAS THEIR OWN SS AND HE HAS A CLEAR POLICE CERTIFICATE BOTH ISRAELI AND PALESTINIAN. SO WHY WOULD THEY NEED ADDITIONAL CHECKS?

Hey everyone, i hope everything is going well, i had a question that came to mind that i hope someone can give me an answer to. My husband Mohammed lives in village in palestine and has many cousins. Its in culture for families to name atleast one of their sons Mohammed. Since their all cousins , they have the same first name Mohammed and same last name, since their cousins of course. BUT each one has their own middle name and each one has their own haweeya, i beleive thats ss number -Will this pose a problem maybe at the interview, i mean maybe when they fingerprint him and pull up his full name, theyll see he has a good backround and no history. Because- dont they go by everyones full name and and ss number??? What do yall think?? im starting to stress out by everything negative i think about instead of the good. So do u think this will be a problem????????

HI well i received a checklist for missing document before my case completed for my husbands palestinian police certificate. I had him send to me the pc, which was in a sealed envelope, then i sent it to nvc. They accepted it and gave me a case complete. Well my husbands interview is coming up, do you think he needs the translation of the pc, we only sent in the arabic one and it was accepted. Do u think its gonna be a problem that he doesnt have the translation at the interview. Hes sent in both palestinian and israeli. Everything else was translated!

I went on the jerusalem consulate website and it says.... if everything is approved by law, the visa will be issued but if they have missing documents, they need to submit those documents for the case to be complete and visa to be issued. It has never stated anyhting about additional security or name checks, just that everything has to be approved by law. Maybe i just find something new to be paranoid about each day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

every case is totally different really , i even started to doubt that wht the CO ate on her/his breakfast effect the decision , many factors play here , and name is one of them , and if u go a head to look to all and embassies u will find they dnt state this ...but if u wana get true information ..then got to REVIEWS :EMBASSY/USCIS.POE above

then choose ur embassy from the list and read the ppl reviews ..it can be a good indicator for wht may happen there

HI, the best thing for all of us to do is to have faith in god and ask him for our help. Inshallah everything goes well for all of us, i read israel reviews, there was not a single bad one, but there wernt that many reviews. I wish all of us an end to this journey soon!

What are the top countries where people get put on AP?

Hi i talked to my husband today, he says its completely healed, no redess or anything like that, hes gotten real tan lately from his construction job, especially his arms so it covers even more. It blends with his skin color now so i dont think its a problem anymore. im just gna hope for the best and put it in gods hands. hopefully he has a good medical and interview, and it shouldnt be a problem, hes never been on drugs or tried to commit suicide or any of that crazy stuuff, and its not like he did it yesterday to wear its highly visible. im just gna pray for the best at his medical and his interview, and that he gets the visa, and we can be together again. ive been too stressed for too long and now i have something to be happy about, his upcoming interview. im going to pray for the best and i know god will make it work for us. i will only be positive from now on.

well his interview is on june 23 so maybe hell do the med exam june 1st maybe. he did it half a year ago, hasnt done anything like this since. i gues ill just tell him to get some scar scream or something and use it until the med exam, he has a dark complexion and hairy arms lol so i hope its not a problem really.

yeah it just looks like he wrote i miss you in a red pen now, thats what he told me, i dont think they have ant-scar scream in jerusalem, itll still show. im just worried theyll think something bad of him. it just says i miss you. am i being paranoid with all this, gosh i just wanna relax. he has no history problems whatsoever.
