no there is no room for any thing is just a crack i can not add or take documents truough it is only a tiny opening caused by rober band .... my mama gave me the same answer thanks

i recieved my fiance VISA JUNE1 with the MBE misterious brown envelope ... but the envelope came with a rober band in the midle holding some papers i sent them after interview and also my pasport so recieved all that and pu it on my purse when i was home i relised the rober band had caved in to the MBE envelope and made a small crack likea litle opening (CAUSED BY THE ROBER BAND)

something very sweet happend during this days my amorsito sent me some beautiful orquids on tuesday may 26 and a day after i got a phonecall that said that my visa was aproved , and today june 1st i i picked up my visa from DHL and the flowers are still beautiful , thats like a sing from GOD, that GOD wants him for me .

DHL is a courier service. They have nothing to do with approvals. If the Embassy said you are approved then you are. The rude DHL lady has no place even speaking about it.

i got a phone call from the embasy saying that they needed a paper that they had given me back by mistake the day of the interview .but they also said that my visa had already been aproved and that i had to go the next day to take the missing paper to the embasy

so i took the missing paper to the embasy today and i told the visa lady that when i got the call they told me that my visa had been aproved so i asked her do i need any recive to pickup my passporrt fro DHL AND SHE GAVE ME A VERY PINK TICKET TO TAKE TO DHL AND I DID AND PAID FOR THE DHL SERVICE BUT THE DHL LADY WAS RUD WHEN I ASKED ''MY VISA IS APROVED RIGHT '' SHE WAS RUD AND SAID I CAN NOT ASURE YOU OF ANYTHING

Typically an embassy or consulate will hold a case for up to a year. But is is best to give them what they want ASAP.

my 122(G) is asking me for my inmigration record but there is one date missing it shows i went to bolivia july 21 2002 but it doesnt show when i return from bolivia .it only shows me travelling to chile december 2003 so there is a big gap

after my final interview they gave me a 221(G) said they couldnt give me the visa at moment until i submit some papers to overcome inelagibilidad , but i have one big problem i remember very clearly the woman said to also send my pasport but she was talking in english so i migt not be right but i am sure she did say to send pasport but now that i am reading the 221(G) i can see the didnt put a check on pasport but only in other 2 things some old student visa papers and my inmigration record

It happens a lot, hopefully once you submit the requested papers and your passport, it will only take a few weeks to process and issue the visa. Did it say ONLY submit certain documents or was there more to it?

Many people have to do this. It is neither good or bad, but of course delays things and that isn't good.

What type of student visa did you have? Was there a 2 year bar on other visas? Is it within two years?

The form should tell you how long you have to sunmit the documents.

For the record, if one has a foreign residency requirement from a previous visa (usually a J1 visa), the requirement of foreign residency is not a "bar" against other visas. The requirement is that one must return to ones home country and fulfill two years of residence within that country before the US government will issue any immigrant visa or the non-immigrant hybrid K1.

Could you please explain a bit more clearly what exactly they want from you? Are they asking for your old I-20 forms, or what? I'm just asking because I'm not even sure I have these documents anymore, and I hope they won't be requested by my consulate... Thanks.
