I should have known better though last saturday when we went hiking i felt nausaus all day the way but i though my pants were to tight he he so this week i have been sick all week , i have never being pregnant before so all this is very new for me but i think this will be agood kind of pregnancy because everyday i feel like not eating i am to sick to eat so hopefly i wont gain any weight

As long as you married within the 90 days, you should be fine. Delaying the I-485 filing beyond 90 days, while certainly not advisable, is generally not a problem.

If you didn't marry within 90 days of entry, you will also need to file an I-130 Petition for Alien Relative together with your I-485 and pay the $355 fee in addition to the $1010 AOS fee.

there is no deadline to file AOS when adjusting from a K-1. The deadline applies to getting married. You must marry withing 90 days of entering the US, you can wait to apply for AOS, but must take into consideration that you will be 'out of status' during the time it takes for your AOS to be adjudicated.

You are not clear about filing "not well." Are you referring to excluding forms or making errors on forms? I second the above post that it's better to delay a bit more and have it corrent than to knowingly send an incomplete/inaccurate petition. It took us about 6 hours to complete our petition, including the gathering of all documents. Do it right the first time and get it done ASAP.

As you are adjusting from a K1 visa, it will be category "c 9"

I think it depends on the embassy. Also I've heard that sometimes if it is on the K1 it's clipped short so you should take it from the NOA2 regardless.

How come you have your A# on your visa? Well, to me, it seems like a perfectly logical place for it to be. It's one of the ways they make sure you are who you say you are, so to have it on the visa is completely logical.

Hi, there are some, they dont write the number 0 that is why it becomes 8 digits only. Like mine, in my visa that is attach to my PI passport, there is no number 0 so only 8 digits but on my NOA it has number 0 so 9 digits. Hope this info will help you.
