May 3, 2005 --> Youssef went for interview today and was told that he needs to bring new Birth Certificate and my 2004 tax papers. I sent him the papers and he will be back at the Embassy on Monday. INSHALLAH everything will be fine!!!
May 10, 2005 --> Youssef went to the Embassy again with all the missing paper. Had a 3 hr interrogation by Embassy works and was told that they will call him.
May 11, 2005 --> I called the Embassy and spoke to a CO and mentioned about the treatment my Husband got. She appologized and told me that he should come back on 5/17/05 to the the American Consular. I am praying that he will get his VISA.
May 17, 2005 --> Youssef finally met with the American Consular. She looked through our photo album and requested information on my his cousin. He needs to provide information about his cousin.
May 18, 2005 --> I faxed the missing information to the American Consular.
May 19, 2005 --> I spoke to the Consular, she interviewed me on the phone. She states the case is placed on AR. They will call my husband when they are finished.
May 24, 2005 --> I sent an e-mail requesting status on our case.
May 31, 2005 --> I contacted the Embassy to find the status of our case. Spoke to someone in the Consular section and she told me that the Consular is still working on the case. She mentioned that she received my e-mail and they will be replying today.
June 3, 2005 --> I received an e-mail response from the Embassy which read, Sorry for the delay. The CO is still reviewing the case and will contact you when the review is completed.
June 6, 2005 --> Youssef received a call from the Embassy and they told him to come in tomorrow with everything
