So, it is a good idea to RESEND all previous materials and new marriage materials?
It will be a big shipment,,haha
This is a brand new filing. So you will need to supply all the necessary documentation.
Collect the evidence of your comingled lives. Financial documents are good. ( Bank accounts. Insurance, investments, property , credit, etc. ) Child's birth certificate is good.
Being lazy and submitting the bare minimum may cause needless stress and delays.
Best of luck.

IS it good idea to resend ALL supporting materials used for condition removal ?
Or USCIS already has /kept all past sent materials?

Will the USCIS interviewer notice or ask if your spouse come together with you?
No. I went and sat in the waiting room. It is not required to go though.

I just paid $450 by credit card at USCIS website and filed I90 online.
One big question: Do I need to mail any physical materials to USCIS? Or NOT?
ConcordUser, what did you send to USCIS after you filed online? Huge Thanks.

What are the timelines for your i90 and n400? Which comes first? THanks
Did you green card expired? If it is expired you have to wait for the new card to come and apply. If it did not expire then you can apply for the both at the same time. I applied for my i-90 and n-400, i-131 almost at the same time.

shall I apply N400 after the new green card arrives ? or at the same time?
I do have a copy of old green card.

1. Online E-Filing Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card.
2. Filing a paper Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card by mail.
Should I use E-filing or paper filing? which is faster?
Also, will this take longer time than citizenship applying?

How many months? THanks

when you apply for citizenship you can change your first and last name to what ever you want. there is a line for doing the name change, its like you get to be born again with any name you want.

Thanks.
Just to confirm:
For marriage-based green card, the sponsor CANNOT write to USCIS to cancel/withdraw the I-864 sponsorship ,right ?
The applicant already got 10-year greencard.
-
I know Affidavit of Support is valid until the green card holder becomes citizen.
Before citizenship, can the sponsor cancel the Affidavit of Support?
OR , Affidavit of Support IS VALID, NO MATTER WHAT?
THANKS
-
One of USCIS memos shows that you will not be deported ,just because your spouse passed away.
The key is show your marriage was valid.
Also, you should not have pick the "extreme hardship" for the reason of not filing jointly.
Take it easy. Just gather all evidence. Happy new year!
