You are right, I gave NVC OP both email this morning, they told me they will email the DS3032 instead mail out manually.
Thanks
Which email do you give to operator on 8-12 ? Beneficial I assumedthen beneficial received the DS 3032 email from NVC right.
Both the beneficiary and petitioner email addresses. Received two emails: one to beneficiary cc: petitioner DS-3032. one to petioner cc: beneficiary AOS bill.

Hi P
Base on your VJ
NVC IR-1
08-11-09: Case Received & Number Assigned
08-12-09: In AVR. Gave operator emails.
08-13-09: Email received: DS-3032 & AOS bill generated. DS-3032 emailed. AOS bill paid.
08-14-09: DS-3032 sent overnight, I-864 sent overnight

I e-mailed it, using thishttp://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form
My wife emailed the text template too, but I am backing it up by sending a hardcopy of DS-3032 signed.
Hey all....I just spoke to one of the NVC operators that said once the DS-3032 is issued, that my husband will either need to mail or email it (she said if emailing, the form will need to be scanned and then sent via email).I think its time to update the wiki pages! They are horribly out of date. Its not clear if the scanned DS-3032 should be emailed as an attachment or if the text template is good enough.
Other updates needed:
- Take out the part about asking an operator for Invoice number
- Stress how important it is to call an operator and give emails the day your case goes online

Great !!!
Thank you for sharing !!!
Congrats Tngirl21809 !!!How both of you can come for the interview, I though they only interview the petionner only.
Thanks
Yes, they only interview the petitioner. I am not sure how Vietnam does things but in Manila the USC is allowed in the embassy but not in the interview room. We had a short relationship with only one in person meeting and married on the first visit. My second visit was for the interview and I carried the 16 pounds of chat logs, emails, and phone records to the pre screener's window and the Interviewer's room so that they would both see me and know I was there.
We were told by vj'ers that 16 pounds was way too much and that was overkill. Even though our relationship was shorter than most we wanted to impress upon them that we had 10 plus hours a day of talking and Emailing. The pre screener had an attitude when we went in and was asking all sorts of questions about length of relationship, how many times I was here, etc. When she asked for emails and stuff and Ivy set that HUGE stack of papers on the counter and told her that was only 3weeks of chat there was more the pre screener lost her smart #### attitude and became real nice and said she only wanted a few of the phone records.
So,.... It is my opinion that with the huge stack of papers and me being there definitely made a difference for our short relationship. For those who don't know, we met on okcupid.com on September 14th 2008, I flew to Manila on January 25th 2009, we married on February 18th 2009, I left on February 23th 2009, I filed on March 6th 2009 and we got her visa on August 12th 2 days after the interview.

Hi All,
I just called up NVC and was informed that both my sons and wifes cases are officially completed as of yesterday. Im still in shock and cant believe it. It was a loooooong journey for us and its been hell since we filed with an attorney. If any new comers are filing please never use an attorney and do everything yourself that process is really simple thanks to the wonderful guides we have here at VJ. I would like to bless all of you and thank all of you for your wonderful support during our journey!!!
Congrats......
