      ahh.. another queries sir.. what are the documents that May presented on the petition? and what petition did she file? coz my lawyer told me that we're gonna file "delaratory relief" instead of recognition of foreign divorce.. benefits are just the same..

      Is petition for recognition of foreign divorce required to submit? Co'z I read one of the VJ's member posted here that CEMAR Annotated with Recognition of Foreign Divorce (not needed for K1 Visa Process). i also ask my lawyer regarding this and he told me that if I am getting married in other country, it is not necessary.
