Does anyone know if USCIS will send us something when we can file for citizenship in another year?

Good News...finally got everything approved.

NOA: 10/18/11 - Received letter stating I-751 APPROVED

10/25/11 - Received 10 year GC.

where do we enter this number? what is the website?

Does anyone know how many days after biometrics will we get the case number which we can track online?

Went to AOS office and did biometrics..in and out within 10 mins.

Got Biometrics appointment for 6/6/11 . The notice was dated 5/9/11.

So after biometrics...its either an approval or interview?

Yah, it's actually my husband who tried his luck twice in the same day. I know Charlotte office is very strict about allowing early bio appointments. My husband went in the morning and at 7:45am there were already 10+ ppl in the line so the Lady at the front desk did not allow him to do it early. She said they're busy and short-staffed but recommend to try in the afternoon.

My husband went again around noon the same day and this they they let him in.

For now, we know that if we want to try early appointment in Charlotte office, go in the afternoon time.

Champi, did you just try your luck on go early for bio?

We're likely not going to try early bio purely because I know Charlotte office is strict plus we don't want to take 1/2 day off from work and risk getting denied for early bio. In the appointment letter, they do give you address of where to go so I guess they do select a specific place.

It took almost a month from the day we sent application (3/26) to get the appointment letter (4/25). Or you can also say, it took 3 weeks from the day we got our NOA1 letter in the mail (4/4), not from the NOA1 date (3/29).

Congratz Champi. Are you going to go early for it? Do they make you go to a specific place?

Just got my bio appointment letter today so you guys should start getting letters this week or next week too.

I did the same on all of our evidence; I highlighted our names and address and other important information. I figure anything that makes it easier for them the better.

When you get your Biometrics appointment letter can you also let the April thread know? This way we know how long to wait.

Getting little anxious about biometrics appointment letter, it's going to be 3 weeks from NOA1 tomorrow and still no letter. I hope I see it in the mail soon.

California filers are so lucky, it looks like people who filed after me in CSC have already received their Biometrics appointment.

Hey I got my NOA today and it was dated 4/7. It has the 1 year extension. Hopefully we get the biometrics appointment soon. Will anyone try going to the appointment early?

I suggest sending in the i-751 with all evidence of marriage in as soon as possible. Once they receive your application ,evidence and fee they will send a one year extension while they do their processing.

Hello everyone, My wife's conditional GC will be expired in June 10th (less than 50 days left). We are 5 weeks late from the date we should start filing I-751. Do you guys think that might cause any problems? Do we have to explain the reasons of delay?. last question, what other form do we need to include along with I-751. any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
