    I prefer to post my question here para sa may case n same sa question ko..The notice i received from US Embassy,they use my name as single, even in the confirmation email i got after setting my interview date.My question is what to use to fill up forms in St.Lukes and when paying my visa at BDO since my passport im using is in married name?…..im a bit confused………thanks in advance :unsure::unsure:]

    Hi VJ Members,

    I have some questions..........We got approval of four I-130 in 33 days now it has been sent to NVC and its almost two weeks now we have not receive our case number as yet. It said it may take weeks to get the case number which is okay for us.

    Now my question is.........if the 129F (K3) will be approve while waiting for our NVC case number for I-130 can we still go for K3? what will we do with the I-130 pending at NVC? Your input on this is highly appreciated.

    Yes you can still go for K3,wait for your NOA2 and your case will be forwarded to NVC and NVC to USEM...Goodluck...

    hi frends thanks a lot..

    i will start collecting pictures with family, copy of tickets and boarding passes when he came to see me, yahoo chats..emails to prove an ongoing relationship..

    but we dont have any joint accounts or any will i was worried about that.

    affidavit from 3rd party is also easy to get.

    want to share my happiness, I passed my visa interview just this morning with flying colors. The pre screener was nice, the consul too didnt take 5 minutes inside. she asked my baby's US passport and CRBA certificate. Just asked my name, age, birthday, work of my husband, then thats it. she said your visa is approve.. will travel to to US this coming May 7 PAL. Las Vegas is my port of entry.... thanks to everybody who post their experiences and help a lot to everybody here.

    Have your husband call NVC to get a status. They will be able to tell you if they have forwarded it to the USEM or not. It took about a week for that to happen in out case. We did not get the letter from NVC until about week 2+.

    I told my husband to call tomorrow oh! monday i should say i hope to get it this week.... I'm really worried to be honest.... :crying:

    Our case is the same..Nov'08 my husband file I130 then after receiving NOA1 he did send our I129f and after 3 days got NOA1 then after 2weeks both I130 and I129f aproved..My husdand called NVC to ask whats next,then NVC told him that our case is already forwarded to USEM last March3 then NVC gave him MNL case number..Mu husband told me to call USEM to ask if they got our case.I called USEM then they said they got it and anytime i can Schedule my Interview..I didnt receive any notice from embassy so i ask them if it is ok eventhough i didnt receive notice from them and they said yes..Last 4days ago my husband received mail from NVC (DS-3032,AOS bill) that makes me confuse but some freind told me we can file it if we direct to CR1...Now all i need to do is call the embassy again to get my interview schedule...

    Hello guys..Here I am again for another question...My husband recieved mail from NVC and it includes DS-3032 and a form says Choice of Address and Agent and Affidavit of Support bills...After sending it,whats next?...I just called at US embassy since NVC said it is already forwarded to USEM and gave us the MNL case number..Until now i didnt recieve any notice from embassy,but they said it is ok to ask a schedule for interview since we have MNL case assigned...Whats going on to our paperwork?Is it normal that our case is forwarded already in USEM yet the NVC is asking some papers to be sent to them....Help guys...thank you all and God Bless...

    yeah you better get a new one because i have one i my friend had the same problem with you.. u need a CFO for that because ur husband is foriegner.. you need to bring ur marriage contract also.. and ur passport now.

    Hmmmmmm...Confuse gain! :blink::blink::blink:

    Kailangan ba CFO to change my passport to married?Some says no need just may marriage certificate from NSO(SECPA) and my old passport?Im planning to go DFA as soon as possible but dont know if im ready coz of this stuff....Help guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    you don't need the cfo certificate when you change your PP to married name all you have to do just bring marriage certificate from NSO then photo copy of your PP BIOGRAPHIC nd the last nd first stamp of immigration if you ever travel before..but renew of PP now it took 15days now nd that is rush...if your interview will be on april you still have time to change it.

    I also changed my PP to married name.

    Hello guys...Does anyone can help me about my passport.Im a bit confuse what to do since our case is already in USEM and ready to get a schedule for my interview.My problem is im still holding my passport which is still single.I just called to USEM if it is a problem,she said it is not all i need to do is go to DFA for stamp.What is that stamp she's talking to?If i have it change instead,what requirements do i need to bring with?Do i really need CFO certificate(which i know we need it when we are done our interview and had passed)coz some people told me i need to bring CFO..Hope i can get soonest reply from you guys..Thanks and God Bless to all of us...
