NOTE : I DID NOT APPLY FOR I-131 (AP).

  2. Hi Partner...

I totally agree with you. I don't think it is gonna problem though.

Because Customs swipe your GC like a Credit Card, so they can see everything.

For Airliners, just show your passport, make sure you buy your ticket under Maiden name.

Btw, this last name changing for women messes so many offices up.

It is a problem by itself !.... You can see these kind problems at DMV & especially IRS !.....

  3. Partly true but not exactly. First of all, They do not accept you if you don't have Bio App. letter

which consists of Application bar codes. They have to scan those codes. NOA is not enough.

However, If you have the Bio App. letter you can go earlier anyday or time as a walk-in,

as long as you have the Bio App. letter.

So what I would suggest at this point for Nina Ballerina, as soon as she gets the letter, she can go

right away fo her bio. By doing this she can gain about 10 days. Hence she can close the time gap with

    February Filers.

    GOOD LUCK !......

  4. First of all, RELAX. This is not a BIGGY!.....

    1) The letters would be arrived at a different date.

    2) Why weren't the bio for 765 & 485 on the same day? Why 2 different days?

You can not do anything about it except WAIT.

    GOOD LUCK !......

I agree with my partner (FRJ).

This is not just you. It includes everybody; TO ALL VJ'ers

IF YOU GUYS WANT US TO HELP YOU, FIRST OF ALL YOU HAVE TO HELP US

BY GIVING YOUR JOURNEY DETAILS & TIMELINE.

From now on, me & my partner are not gonna answer any question,

if it wasn't given any details & if there are some uncertainities, holes, lies etc.....

  7. Normally you should have US passport in your pocket now.

Then you would not be affected if you guys got divorced or not.

Forget about everything in the past right now, done is done in the past, became history.

Look at the future now, what you are gonna do. If I were you I would complain

USCIS (about your application handling) to DHS.

    GOOD LUCK !...

  8. I have to accept that YOU ACTUALLY NEED A VERY STRONG AND SHARP ATTORNEY.

Because you haven't got the conditional GC yet. If you get divorced before even the interview.

You will be most likely denied except if you or your attorney will prove that the application process

took so long & some humanitarian reasons etc......You guys have to defend yourself. File I290-B & appeal also

but this will cost you money & time. GOOD LUCK !....

  10. It does not matter where you come from, it does not take that much.

Life is short, my friend. When are they (USCIS) gonna decide after you pass away ????

Also your lawyer is bullshit, I would fire her next thing in the morning.

At the interview, You have to prove that you have entered into this marriage

by good faith & everything is legit and also you have an advantage because

she divorced you, that is a + point from your point of view. I give you 50/50 chanse.

Btw, That theory "You will automatically get denied" is totally wrong !......

  11. So, you are saying you haven't got 2-yr conditional card yet & still pending since 2001 !!!.

    You must be kidding me.

There is something wrong here, buddy. USCIS takes time but that much.

Think about it maybe the lawyer does this on purpose to suck up more money from you.

  12. Sorry partner, I do not agree with you for the first time

It can not be. Do not confuse Admission Number on I-20 Form or F-1 Visa

with Alien Registration Number (A.K.A. A#) on all sort of Immigrant Applications.

  14. Don't worry about it. It is not a problem, they always say that

"we are going to let you know by writing in 60 days"

they do just in case. She is gonna check your paper works again

& evaluate them maybe ask or discuss with her supervisor, that is it !.....

I am sure next thing you are going to see in your mailbox "Welcome Letter" after

app. 1 week following this letter, you will see your 2-yr. conditional GC.

    RELAX & BE PATIENT ...

  16. Your friend's attorney is right. It should be c(9) for your case. Let me clarify something:

If you are applying I-765 (EAD) ONLY then your category would be (a)(9) and

you would pay total $420 [i-765 Application fee which is $340 + Biometrics ($80)].

Since you are applying for AOS (as a whole package, i.e. 485,131 & 765) then your category is c(9) !..

It does not matter what kind of K visa you have.

EAD application fee is already built in AOS package fee + Biometrics, so altogether AOS fee

is $1,010. Does it make sense now ?

    GOOD LUCK !......

    HERE IS MY TIMELINE :

    I-130 mailed 01/13/09

    I-130 received by USCIS 01/16/09

  17. As long as you pay your taxes to IRS, Believe me;

No body is going to ask you when you started working.

I mean before you receive your EAD or after you do.

    GOOD LUCK !...

  18. In this case, bad news is "you have to wait" but good news is "there might not be interview for you".

You might get your conditional GC without an interview.

When it comes to EAD renewal while your AOS is pending.

Just make an appointment by INFOPASS at USCIS local office & explain the situation.

They will renew it for one more year.

    GOOD LUCK !...
