    you can call whenever you can or want.. phone line is busy all time to talk to alive operator. Just call them time to time

    touched again 3/6/09

    waiting for NVC case # ( in my case wait 1 week then call..)

    My NOA2 notice received on 3/5/09... then appears they have send file to NVC.. how i know new case will assign to my file..when file will send to my fiancee home country US Embassy..?

    here is my K1- timeline

    NOA1- received on 10/17/08

    NOA2-3/5/09

    NOA2- touched again 3/6/09 (appeares file send to NVC..?)

    Call them and they will tell you. Make sure you speak to a live person.

    Anisa, thanks for your reply ok I will call them tomorrow my file is send on 3/6/09 I might give them few days...thinking Moday 3/9/09 may be little early..

    Hello, anybody please reply..this board is great I got all kind of help..Q I have my K-1 NOA2 approved on 3/5/09 on Maarch 6th/2009 .....file send to NVC..what should I do..? do I have to call them..? as I have read on net they will assign new case # and will send my I129F paper/file to my fiancee USA Embassy....in Nepal...I have online USCIS..account where they have informed me about NOA2.. I am not sure they will inform me online since USCIS and NVC two diff dept. below is my K1 timeline...

    I129 F - send on 10/10/08

    NOA1 -received on 10/17/09

    NOA2 - touched on 3/2/09

    NOA2 - touched again on 3/3/09

    NOA2 -approved on 3/5/09.. :dance::thumbs:

    NOA2- send to NVC on 3/6/09 ( as I have noticed touched again)..

    :star: Congrats to all who got their NOA2, im an october filer too. No news, no touches since 10/30/2008. Grrr. I hope to be approved soon. PLEASE GOD!!

    I129F filed on 10/10/08

    NOA1 received on 10/17/08

    NOA2 waiting :blush:

    Hello there....I am waiting too. :clock: We are just a few days ahead of you on the NOA1 but that does not seem to matter. It has been a very exciting free-for-all with approvals this week. My VJ timeline says it could happen in the next few weeks. Good Luck!! Have you posted on the Vermont Oct. filers thread?

    Hello, thanks for your reply..ok so you are also waiting ..for NOA2 ..I have read on forum earlier some people those who have filed K1 on Nov/08 getting their NOA2 ..i was worried may be few got earlier..I am too hoping as per VJ guide we should get our NOA2 with in 2 week anyway do post if you get your NOA2 approval...

    I received my notice today very early. I wanted to let you know. They say they sent the notice on the 1st. Good Luck!! I bet you will hear very soon!

    yaa..I have checked my USCIS online account I can see they have open my petition for review..so i should get approval very soon..

    Help....I have received my NOA1 on 10/17/08 from VSC. I have read on forum people receiving NOA2 today those received their NOA1 after 10/21/08...? I am happy for others but I have not heard from them or any e-mail from them..

    Here is my K1 Visa timeline VSC

    send I129 F on 10/10/08

    received NOA1 on 10/17/08

    NOA2 waiting...... :wacko:

    I have the same NOA1 date as yours...Keep praying that ours will come soon.

    Hello Fellow VSC Filers! I just checked the USCIS website and lo and behold, we got our NOA2 on Feb 25... after less than 4 months! And, I should add that up until today, each time I tried my receipt number, I was told there was an error and my case could not be found. Keep the faith, VSC filers! They are catching up!! :thumbs:

    RobinJoy..Congratulation .....you are lucky one..got NOA2 under 4 month...I think if all paperwork in order then for NOA2 approval from VSC is average 4-5 month look like..I have my NOA1 approved in 10/17/08 waiting for NOA2...
