hello mga Mommies,

ay bago na pala vj, medyo nalito ako kc mas gusto ko pa din ung dati. Nanganak na pala ako hirap ng pinagdaanan ko...March 8 nagkapagpost pa ako dito, ng March 9 ay medyo masakit na ung contraction ko at pagbangon ko may dugo na sa underwear ko...buti nalang prenatal ko that day, sbai ng ob ko ay 4cm na daw ako at baka with that week ay manganak na ako. Pagdating ko ng haws ay naramdaman ko na talaga ang sakit na un, naglabor na pala ako nun...sakit pala talaga ng labor, Diyos ko! Dito na nga ako sa haws naputukan ng water bag tapos blood huhu, di na ako nakalakad papasok ng hosp...agad akong isinalang sa delivery room, pero ang sakit pala talaga lalo na pag contraction...siguro after an hour pa ako naturukan ng epidural at nakatulong un...expected namin manganak ako ng normal kc 10pm ay nag 10cm na ako, pero ang problem naman ay malayo ang baby ko sa cervix ko, tulog ng tulog hehe...push ako ng push kc naalala ko parang magpoopoo lang hehe, nawalan na lang ako ng lakas, wala pa din ayun ang bagsak ko caesarian...kaya 2 anesthesia ang naiturok sa akin, un pala bagsak ko caesarian din...masyadong hirap at sakit, pero worthy naman kc nakapagsilang ako ng healhty baby boy...7.15 lbs and 19.5 inch...kahapon ang first visit niya sa pedia niya and he weighs 8lbs now...bait lang ng baby ko kc di siya iyakin, siguro ganun pag mga weeks palang di iyakin at tulog lang ng tulog...nag eenjoy naman akong bumangon every after 3 hours sa gabi para lang i feed siya,,,ang ganda ng pakiramdam talaga pag nakikita mong bilis dumede ng baby mo, pero un lang di na siya nasanay sa breasfeeding kc nung nasa hosp kami, one day akong nakahilata lang, nasa nursery room lang baby ko at nasanay sa bottle feed, ngayon ayaw niya ng dodo ko, nasanay na sa formula...

kasi nakakapera ang hospital sa mga DR. kaya dami silang TEST bago ka mag anak..

sa pinas nga POBRE wala nga deperesya ang anak. basta my PRE-natal care kalang okey na.. walang nga syado test2x doon eh

healthy naman ang baby.. minsan feeling ko.. over acting sila d2.. uu right syado silang care.. pero hindi nila na isip kung

ga ano ka expensive ang bawat lab test, ULTZ or whatever TEST..

Just pray.. mother ang nakaka alam kung healthy ang baby.. kasi u can feel the movement and as long alam mong

wala kang ininom na gamot na makasama sa baby..

sa case ko d2. very stressful sa akin ang pregnancy ko d2.. every time makita ko ang DR ko. natatakot ako.. kasi ano naman kaya ang test

ang gagawin.. maka worried.. d2 lang ako umiyak kung saan malapit na ako mag anak.. doon madami silang sinasabi na keso, maliit ang baby,

medyo baka my deperensya pag labas.. tapos nong last test na gagawin sa akin.. hindi na ako pumayag sabi ko kalukuhan. gastos..kahiit my insurance kami.. nakakainis.. nakaka inis ung dami silang text2x ipagawa...as In SHhh*** talaga... 7 months ang tummy ko nong and2 na ako sa states, ung sa pinas ako wala me naga ramdam ng stress.. t

pero thanks god.. healthy baby boy wala namang problema sa baby..

now.. ang PEDIA ko naman angn daming arte.. galing kami kanina sa ECHO TEST sa baby ko kasi meron daw syang narinig na heart MURMUR

1st concern ko is pa ano nya gamotin ang sipon ng anak ko. na barado ang ilong. at d maka hinga kung gabi

eh iba2x naman ang test ang pinagawa nya.. bwsit ako.. negative naman sya sa cold, allergies..

so ang sabi nya acid reflux kaya nag rice cereal ang baby ko ng ma aga.. which is nagtaka ako kasi nga 6 weeks palang sya

wala ako naging probs sa rice cereal.. but unitl now.. ganon parin ang concern ko.. barado ang ilong ni JM.. ay iwan

wait pa namin ang result maybe 2mrw..

kaya.. relax lang kau.. pwde nyo man eh decline ang test2x nayan.. kung alam nyong okey ang baby..

totoo yang mga sinasabi mo...dami nilang test, ung ultrasounds ko nga ay weekly, monitor ng heartbeat lang...nagkakapera kc sila sa insurance natin. may ask pala ako sa iyo...

nung pumunta ka ba ng hospital ay mga ano ung nakita mong sign na manganganak ka na? kc ako this morning paggising ko merong blood sa underwear ko, buti nala at prenatal ko today at sabi ng ob ko ay within this week ay baka manganak daw ako at sabi niya normal daw un at antayin ko magbreak ang water bag ko...pero ngayon dinudugo pa din ako pero di ko pa rin maramdaman ang tubig na nagbreak...panay contraction pero nakakaya ko pa naman...nakakatakot ang blood kc na makita mo kc 38 weeks and 3 days na kc ako. Tapos dito lang ako sa bahay pa din kc di ko pa maramdaman ung contraction na masakit na sabi ng ob ko...thanks...

worried today, im on my 37th week and upon the doctors measurement medyo maliit daw si baby so she

scheduled us for an ultrasound on 16th pa... anybody experience this? sana out baby's doin fine...

Hello barenaked...magkasunod lang pala tayo ng due date...bakit ako weekly ung ultrasound ko since nung 36 wks na ako? meron nga na pinabalik ako kinabukasan kc daw sa "big contraction" na ang natanong ko lang ay may problem ba sa baby ko? sabi ay wala naman...tapos balik ako d next day and ok naman heartbeat...nung 36wks na ako ay 6.5 lbs na baby ko which is natakot din ako kc medyo malaki na un at 4 wks pa ang paghihintay ko...kaya ngayon medyo nag slow down ako sa kinakain ko kc parang mas gusto ko pa rin ang sinasabi nila sa Pinas na madaling mailabas kapag maliit ang baby...ayaw ko ng malaki ang baby kc mahihirapan tayo sa pagpush...ewan ba, dito sa US dapat perfect lahat, pero good naman sa mga pregnant kc naaalagaan tayo. Sa Pinas naman kapag ok ang heartbeat and healhty ay di naman pinag-aalala kung maliit ang baby. Bukas nga prenatal ko ulit at parang ayaw ko na pumunta hehe kc susundutin lang ehem ko ulit kung dilated na ba at ang sakit, ewan ko ba kung mabigat lang kamay ng OB ko or ganun talaga ang sakit kc tinitingnan kung ilang cm na pagkaopen ng cervix...last Tuesday 1-2 cm palang ung sa akin...ewan ko bukas.

Good luck sa ating 2...ang hirap kapag lapit na due date ano lalo na sa pagtulog, ramdam talaga natin ang bigat ng baby natin.

thank you frosty, doc gracey and Pink sa mga sagot...dito ko din pala nakuha ang idea about WIC, dapat matagal na akong member kc matagal ko nang nalaman ito from here,nabasa ko ulit last week mula sa inyo inalam ko tel#ng WIC dito sa area namin, sabi kc ng husband ko di daw siya papasa kc ung salary daw niya medyo mataas, pero mali siya maliit pala salary niya kc naaprub ako. Pero wala ung coupon na nababasa ko dito, ung binigay sa akin ay WIC card na kelangan ko pang itawag para mag activate siya at gawan ng pin#, tapos meron akong list ng food me nakasulat na quantity na pwede ko lang kunin sa store na puntahan ko...ung fruits nd veg lang merong amount na nakasulat.

1. Meron akong insurance, pero ask ko lang if paglabas ba ng hosp ay magbayad agad ng full pyament or ipadala sa house ang bill? Mga magkano kaya ibabayad sa hosp para mabudget ko mga expenses.

2. Kailangan ba talagang mag-enroll sa birth class na yan para lang matutong umiri or kahit di na ay pwede na rin, kasi sa Pinas wala naman birth class di ba? awa ng Diyos nakakapanganak naman...

3. Meron ba sa inyong napaupo dahil nadulas (nadulas kc ako sa snow and fall down on my butt last month) pero okay naman heartbeat ng baby at sumisipa siya...wala kayang masamang epekto un sa baby paglabas?

lastly, meron din ba ditong binyag din? kc husband ko di siya catholic kaya di niya alam

meron pa pala hehe...paano ba magrenew ng passport kc mag expire na pp ko sa May at saka kunan ko din ng pp baby ko para walang problem na if in case magdecide magvacation sa atin.

some cases take time, about a week or more...but once the CO took the 1-94 its a sign of approved Interview. Ul then receive first a welcome to U. S. letter...thats why I prayed to have a male CO bcoz female CO mostly strict...joke. GoodLuck to both of us...still im waiting for my GC.

Well, he just said that they're gonna go with my single name, the same name that is indicated on my K1 Visa. My card will be delivered in 2 weeks, bearing my unmarried name.

Cant the SSA change my maiden name since ive provided evidence of marriage? The reason why i ddnt apply for a SSN when i 1st got here was because i was waiting to get married so when i apply, i can use my married name already.

Before or after the wedding, you cant still use your married name, not unless u apply for AOS and receive even EAD card and present it to them...they will tell you that it will takes one month to receive the card bcoz they will ask USCIS if EAD card is real even if they know its a real card.

Hello Everyone!

I was married 9/9/09 (wed) and went to the SSA Office to apply for a SSN/card 2 days after(Friday). I presented all my papers(passport, I-94, K1 Visa(on the passport) and marriage certificate/license. The office i went to was havin a slow day, so the man who assisted me just asked all my papers and the infos verbally, bec i wasnt done filling out the form when he called my number. I told him that I'll be using my married name (husband's surname). When i told him what kind of visa i have, he was a bit confused and uncertain of what to do next, but he said that he can help me and that he can process my papers. Shortly after, he came saying that I cannot use my married name yet, bec. accdg to him he needs to follow whatever infos/name I have in my visa.

Im confused, im already married, presented him my marriage license and certificate but still he said i cant use my married name. Whats goin on?

Any thoughts?

hello vj family, I had my AOS interview today in downtown Cincinnati, everything went soooo smooth, Except for the waiting time, it took like an hour and a half waiting to call my name buth the when we were called, the lady IO was nice.... We we're interviewed in thesame room with my husband. we were asked to stand up and take an oath. She asked me my full name, address, birthdate and asked me the question stated in I485 if im a criminal, i said no, blah blah... then she said im done and need her to ask something to my husband too... she asked the date of our marriage, when did he come to visit me in Philippines, and how many times, and asked us to bring out our wedding pictures and we showed he the whole wedding album she had to look at every single pic in the album and asked who are those people in the background she said "oh it seems like you guys had a huge wedding party!" we smiled and said yes we had, and she asked us again to give her some joint assets so I gave her our joint bank accounts, our phone plans with our names and insurances papers.... she said its all good and she explained what we will do incase we will move from the address the we're residing at present. She just said ok that's it.... You have to wait at least a couple weeks to receive our "final decision" she didint ask me to give her our EAD, AP and I693( vaccination supplement)... now im a bit worried cause i heard almost you guys here who were interviewed gave those stuff.... what do you think guys, did I passed?

hello, we had our Interview last week...CO was so nice also, asked questions stated in 1485. He asked my 1693 and my EAD, but he gave back to me my EAD and adviced me to tear that card once my GC arrive. He told us that everything was good and wait for our GC within 30 days. He advised us to bring enough evidence on my next interview for 10 yrs GC 2 yrs from now bcos we had only 2 (medical insurance and photos). He took my 1-94 and the interview took almost 10 mins only...when I got home and open their site, my status is already card production ordered...if the CO took your 1-94, you have nothing to worry...ul be approved!

Hi Las Vegas welcome sa thread nato. And Congratulations sa pregnancy mo. Madami yata dito na may morning sickness (if ever you have) di talaga nag gain ng weight on thier first trimester. But sa second tri balik na ulit ang appetite mo. About babies movement naman i felt my baby moving when I was 18 weeks pregnant pero hindi naman talaga malakas parang heart beat lang yong nararamdaman ko. Unlike right now na malakas talaga sumipa...minsan bumubukol pa yong tagiliran ko gawa ng kanyang kamao...at pag gabi nagigising ako sa lakas ng galaw nya.

Btw...nag prenatal visit ka na ba?

yes, trice na akong nag prenatal, last pranatal was Sept.1 then next is 29, tumawag nga ako sa hosp ng ob ko at pina early sched ko at sa 24 na siyan this month...di ko pala nasabi, kanina nagpunta ako ng restroom at may nakita akong konti lang namang blood sa urine ko...doon ako nag-alala...pero ok naman ako, walang cramps, walang back pains, ewan ko...sana okey, sabi lang kc ng nurse inum daw ako ng maraming water or juice...

Hello everyone. I'm just getting all of my Proof of Relationship stuff ready here for CR-1 Visa, our interview is on the 22nd. I thought I read somewhere that the first interview asks for a copy of the petitioners passport. I can copy it easy enough, just trying to minimize paper waste, and I will be at the interview anyways so they can see my passport if the want it. Anyone face that at their Interview? Thanks!

Just got married last July 7, 2009 and right now we are completing the requirements needed for AOS. I really need help on this and i know the people here have and had so much experience and can lighten our load ...here are my concerns;

1. Do i need to submit photos of evidence of our wedding and any other photos aside from the passport size photo requirement?

2. Do i need to submit an extra passport size photo when I file my G-325a and I-765 aside from the photo requirement for I-485?

3. What other evidences should I submit when I file my EAD application?

4. It has not been more than a year since I got my medical examination, does it mean that i don't need to fill-up the I-693 part 1 and just submit the vaccination supplement (DS-3025)?

5. Should I include the chest radiograph copy (CD) ? If not, what should i do with it? Should I go to a civil surgeon and have it read or transcribed?

6. As to what was stated on the vaccination sheet, say's "RESULTS: Vaccine history incomplete, applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver because vaccination not medically appropriate" also "Blanket Waiver To Be Requested If Vaccination not Medically Appropriate"... what does those two statements mean? how do you request for a "Blanket Waiver"?

7. Since my vaccination states that its incomplete and the DS-3025 shows that the vaccination for Td or Tdap was to be administered in the US, although it was not stated when, should i go to a civil surgeon and have it done or wait after six months ( from date of arrival) for my next medical examination and have it done?

Also can i apply for SSN without my ead?

I want to get a drivers liscense but they said i need my SSN but they said i need EAD before i can apply for a SSN is it possible to get SSN without my EAD and i can use my SSN for applying a job in the future when i have my EAD?

in my case, I applied SSN a week i arrived here and before getting married...I had my instruction permit already but will not to be used starting Aug 7 bcoz my visa will expire and yes they will ask ur SSN, thats why im waiting for my EAD bcoz thats the only way I can renew my instruction permit and have a road test...I dont know about problem of getting SSN after marriage. My ssn still in my maiden name... again waiting for EAD to change it to my married name...

Useless is kind of a relative term - it could be. We got our PR/Green Card about 3 weeks after the EAD - but you never know this going in, some folks wait a long time to get the PR/Green Card so for them, it is more valuable.

I only know that just now...okey thanks for d info...hope my EAD will arrive soon before my interview bcoz I checked USCIS still my last touch was July 16, a day after my biometric. Thanks again.

hello, im very sorry to hear about ur story...i know how it really hurts esp that u've been here and then need to be back there bcoz of ......, but ur still young, he is not d one for you and I know that in d right time and right place, ul find someone better than him. thanks for the responses but i really wanted to know if we could do the I 129 starting the k-1 process then have her name changed while the process is going on. I guess bottom line im asking is it a requirement or does she need her birth certificate as paperwork needed for the I 129

She won't need her BC until after the I-129F is approved. She will need it for the Visa interview at USEM.

sorry but i think its not true... u need her birth certificate when u file a I-129f petition for ur fiancee... what mister bill meant is she needs her ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE on her interview at the american embassy here in the Phil.

( coz u will submit a bc of ur fiancee when u file k1 but its ok if its not original copy, but when she will have her interview she will need an original bc to show to the co.. of course when u file a k1 in uscis and when u fill up the necessary docs. u should put the correct inputs there and what u put in the docs. should be tally to the docs. she will submit to the co..)

BC of beneficiary is not needed during filing of K-129, its more from petitioner, the beneficiary will submit all her documents on her interview date, u still have enough time to correct her BC while k-129 is going on...i had my problem on my surname b4, it took 8 months for me to change that correctly, u can ask at civil registry, i only spent 2k pesos. Thats not a big problem...GoodLuck.

Not every state is the same regarding DMV procedures. What state are you living in? As far as establishing residence things like utility bills in your name and bank statements with your local address can be used in some states.

If you haven't driven much / at all then start with a driving course. You will have to pass a road test for the license.

hi...im in Las Vegas and when I applied for my driving written test, they asked my passport and SSN only...passed the written test, received the instruction permit and will have my road test on d last week of this month...Based on my observation, SSN is must, so u may have it first b4 applying. My dad doesn't want to listen to me. He is not living with me now. He's living with his friend who are just feeding him and are not providing any healthcare insurance. They make him work and does everything they ask him to do. I'm worried that he might get sick and encounter an emergency. What will I do? Can I ask the homeland security for him to be deported? Please reply to this because he's giving me a lot of problems. Can I ask the Homeland Security form him to be deported because I can't afford for him to stay here anymore? mY FAMILY IS GROWING AND HE'S JUST GIVING US PROBLEMS

The reason maybe why he doesnt like to stay with you, is u are not a good daughter to him. Why not ask urself if why he is at his friend house and not with your family? Why he is happy there instead of staying with you...tsk tsk...
