If you are a US citizen, you do not have an Alien Number. There is also no Alien Number on the Certificate of Naturalization. I know that for a fact, because I have one.
Therefore the answer is either NONE or N/A, whatever you like better.
I wouldn't know how to explain this any better.
My stepdaughter and husband have alien number on their naturalization cert and they were both naturalized more than 10 yrs ago, and my sister too...maybe your naturalization cert is special

can someone pls help what needs to be done for filling a k3... only i-129f and i130 is required..?? no additional documents..??
what I mean, you can petition your wife using 1-130 and not k-3 anymore, or best the CR-1 visa, good luck.

I don't have a naturalization certificate (that I know of), my parents were naturalized when I was 10 years old so I automatically became a US citizen. I am pretty sure I would remember if I ever got the certificate after on my own because I still remember my parents procedure quite well when they did it.
If u were born here in US, no need A# because you are automatic a USC, but if you came here as an immigrant and was naturalized, am sure you have A# and naturalization cert, and in application form that you're going to send, you have to answer how you acquire your citizenship, if by naturalization, you have to give certificate number and date and place of issuance. my step daughter was naturalized at age 7, although under age no need to appear at oath taking, she has her naturalization cert and have her A# right below the naturalization #. If you have a lot of documents to prove that you are a USC, im sure you are safe, dont bother about A# because its just a number..they are correct, so, be happy, smile and send it now...

So what should I put?
NONE or Unknown?
I don't want to get an RFE for NONE and I don't want to get one for Unknown (ie. that is not a valid answer)
And I know since I am from Iran, they would do such a thing because they look for any little thing to send a RFE for people from Middle eastern countries.
Am sure that you still your naturalization cert...it is there, starts with letter A. Dont be panic and goodluck.

Hi,
My name is Raquel, I am from Brazil and got my Green Card last March. Since then, I've been working in a Day Care and I have been studying in order to get my CDA (Children Development Associate). However, I have a bachelor degree in Translation/Interpreting and Education. I would like to know how I can have my degree evaluated so I can get a job as a teacher here in Oregon.
Thank you in advance.
Raquel
hi Raquel,
Visit www.acei1.com its a complete details on how to evaulate your credentials, I had my credentials evaluated 2 yrs ago, and its cheaper than other evaluation institute. good luck.

he eats outside.. he just bought me some crackers..
yeah.. i'm scared of him anymore.. i've known him for 2 years..
he said i'm just here because of green card and stuff out of no where.. i'd rather get home.. i can't stand his emotionally abusive behavior
you have an access to internet...try to email your family back home, am sure that they would surely help you. Im pretty sure that your husband has no plan to apply for your gc based on what you are experiencing now. As a k-1 like you, u'l only allowed of a 90 days stay here in US without gc, after that youl be out of status or will be deported. Im sorry to hear about your sad experience, im so lucky to have my husband, I haven't been yelled since I became a wife and a mother. I'l pray for your safety friend!

go to www.uscis.gov and under services, ul see "sign up for case updates" you can then register as an applicant customer or customer rep.

My Philippine passport is expiring this January and I would like to renew it before it expires.. is there any link out there you could give me, I tried searching on the philippine embassy site but it said site in progress.. We may or may not come to the Philippines this year.
What did you put on the new passport, new last name? or same as the one you had. Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you.
try this site...www.philippineconsulatela.org this is in LA, but since you are in Texas, i guess covered kayo ng Chicago consulate since un ang pinakamalapit na consulate sa inyo. If you are K1, kelangan mong ireport and marriage mo para magamit mo ang married name mo.

They do not have the ability to express their self in English language properly. Basically, they have low knowledge in grammar, punctuation marks, and vocabulary.
They are just illiterate pretending to be literate in terms of language structure...yan ka ba?

This is not true. Manila allows cosponsors for K-1erz on a case-by-case basis. My friend is a K-1er and used a cosponsor in August. His fiancée received her visa and is here in the U.S. now. They are getting married next week. Please do not spread misinformation.
tahoma...im talking based on my friend experienced 2 yrs ago,not your friend experienced.... ok??? tnx for spreading correct information but u were late already:) why u haven't found this thread b4 when she needed u most.

Sheila - You already got 1 vote from me.

Haaay shared ko lang experience ko this morning about Letcher. He always wake up first so kapag nagising na sya gigising narin ako. Though he can entertain himself by playing on his crib for a while. So bumangon na ko to wash my face and brush my teeth. But when I was about to brush, I heared him coughing. So I though he was just acting kasi minsan ganun sya. Buti nalang at naisipan kung silipin sya and I saw him hanging his neck on the front rail of his crib. It's been few weeks kasi na he can stand up with support, especially when he is on his crib. Nakahawak lang sya sa rail, well of course I thought it was cool to see him standing with support but I never thought things like that could happen. The other day, we were already planning to adjust his mattress down, pero sabi namin di pa naman nya nai aakyat ang mga paa nya para makatalon sya. The way he was hang was he fell from his side at di na sya makagalaw. It's not being careless, pero things could really happen that we dont expect.
This is how he stand on his crib.

hello to all VJRs ,please help if we are having co sponsors in our K! visa application, how much should the co sponsor have in his bank statement in order to substantiate his I-134.thank you so much,
In Philippines, co-sponsor is only allowed for k3 but not for k1.

Kaya stop over kami palagi.
Thanks ha and enjoy...God Bless!
-
Hi mommies, quick question lang po. I know na discuss na to long time ago but I'm gonna ask again to make sure. Gano ba katagal mag apply ng passpost for the baby? Thanks
i am new to this , and how should we apply
in K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
