    Update after Legal advice:
    Attorney mentioned, I can file I-130 along with an attendum explaining why I intentionally did not disclose him as my child, and showing that I provided no support for him during his life will help with that, but aside from that I can file Form I-130 if I am listed on his birth certificate. His age freezes the day I file for one year and all the process will be done by then and hoping he could have received an immigrant visa by then.
    He also stated that he had represented much worse cases than this one and It was all turned out to be okay.
    I will be sending out the package this week. Thank you all. Fingers crossed and leave the rest to the God.
