As mentioned earlier by another poster there is no fixed time to release the visas which really depend on the consuls' backlog and the call center agents have a fairly standard answer. I suggest that you ask your petitioner to call the US Embassy's hotline and ask to be connected to the VIsa Services Units. Note that the USEM will only entertain US citizens only.

There are 2 locations in Manila to do your CFO seminar, PRISM and Saint Marys

if you have your kids going with you then i suggest you better go to PRISM because you will be registering your children anyways at CFO.I had my seminar last week at PRISM and it took just an hour for seminar,one on one and picture taking and released yellow certificate then I and my kids went to CFO(50 pesos taxi fare from PRISM) and had my kids registered too.THey will be needing the sticker regardless of age.if you kids are 13 and above then they will attend a peer counselling.below 13 you still register them.

oh my, this is so frusterating. I called DOS to check for updates and they said none have been made. I told them that i called USEM and they told me that they are done processing and the case has been forwarded. The nice lady at DOS told me to call them again and tell them to make sure they update the system. So i called USEM and now they tell me that the case is still pending. It seems that i keep getting different responses everytime i call USEM. I would call USEM everyday but its just so damn expensive. well thats it thanks for listning to my rants.

yup.you will get different answers from them.i have been that road before.and we kept calling them every week.but after 5 weeks i finally received my visa.u will get yours earlier even im sure.so trust me..just relax

how long does it take to get it back if you drop it off at the Us embassy manila to be resealed

I cant resist but sorry if i will ask this.why would anyone open "The Envelope" when it has a warning on the envelope itself 'says "do not open" and another sheet of paper in big letters that says "WARNING ...DO NOT OPEN.So i guessed nobody has experience opening that envelope.is there?

i just want to know if a K1 visa can avail the rate for first time non immigrant? i hope some one can help me about this coz im confused about this... ^_^

And i sad also coz i haven't got my visa yet its almost 7 days now.. but i sitll haven't hear from air21..a nd when i track my number in air21 it always said not found.. :help:

what can i do about this.. coz the more the visa delivery will be delayed.. the more the ticket buying will be delayed also and it will be more expensive if i buy the ticket near the date of my flight coz my fiance whats me to go there by july 12 or 13.. :(

what should i do to know if when will they they deliver it or when will the embassy will gave it to air21?

hello ate thank you for replying ..ummmsa air 21 ba dapat ako tumawag? or sa embassy? naka kuha pala kayo nang first time immigrat rates nila ano po ba yung visa ninyo? at tanong lang po ano po yung PDOS? yes po ate oink slip po ako naka pasa ako nung june 26 sa interview ko sa embassy...7 days na kasi worried lang talaga ako!! ano po ba dapat ko gawin? at saka po pala saa sa state po kayo punta?

un nga eh ang hirap tawagan ung number nila.nauubos load ko and wala ako nakakausap na tao.so pwede pala walk in na lang.salamat sa lahat ng sumagot.

i was asked to submit additional nbi aka clearance and waited 5 weeks before i got my visa,but some got their's after just 2 weeks ..so it varies.so u will have it soon ...just relax

hello ,i have some questions to ask those who had experience about cfo matters with your kids?i have been calling the cfo number in manila for two days now to have my kids scheduled for whatever requirements they ask inorder for my kids to get their sticker.but two days in a row and i have already spent lots of money calling and can't find any perosn to answer me.anyone who can shade me light on this matter?i know i will go to prism or st mary's but they told me to take my kids at the cfo.thanks for your info.

Who won't the Israeli embassy not assist you in acquiring a police clearance?

the israel embassy here in the philippines won't give me a police clearance because i dont have the old passport anymore.it's been four years ago and i had already change my passport

we have just been informed thru email that our k 1 visa application is okayed.my dilemma now is that i can't get a police clearance from israel embassy where i have previously worked.I left israel 4 years ago.besides i have overstayed there too.is there any hope for me to be able to join my fiance in the US?What shall i do?i'm so devastated after i called israel embassy.and i really love my fiance.he can't stay here in the philippines so i must be joining him over there but without a police clearance from israel?pls help because im losing ope real fast now
