To me, it sounds like there is a forthcoming RFE letter and the letter should be received, read and responded to accordingly. I'm not convinced, from what the OP is saying, that there is a flat-out denial in this case.
Ive done a search but can't seem to find the answer.
We've just got our NOA2 so naturally we're now going through the next stage - just a quick question though if anyone could answer it would be great!
We've checked up on the national poverty line and we are slightly confused - should we be looking up the line for 2 people in the household (me and her, we're not currently living together obviously as im in a diffrent country ) or just for one person? The form on the uscis website http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-864P.pdf only lists for 2 people so which one should we use? If it is for one person household does anyone know where we could get these figures from for the 125%?
Thanks so much,
Mike
I would just go here: http://www.gro.gov.u...certificates/#0 and order a new one.
In the meantime, your passport should work for ID purposes. If you need an additional ID, you can always get a state ID if you're not ready for a driver's license.
