The FBI will not take any action on this. I have several good friends that are FBI agents and through personal immigration knowledge, can confidently assure you that this is out of their jurisdiction.

The proper reporting avenue would be the USCIS. If appropriate, you should forward all available evidence to USCIS on this case and withdraw any petitions/documents outstanding.

this is an ICE issue, I did not file a report. It is a deal ender to the marriage if I make a report...instant deportation I suspect. She wouldnt even fight it I am sure and just leave on her own.

but my main question

HOW DO I PROTECT MYSELF FINANCIALLY if I remain married and this bombshell is dropped on me?

Listen my friend, THIS IS A CRIME and you CAN NOT get involved on it unless you wanna consider yourself a criminal too. Protect yourself and do what is right!!!

a crime? i highly doubt it, or that they go after the victim who loves his wife. so please, no more nonsense on saying failure to act upon a plan is a crime please

That's a hard question. You said "cant get a visa for life". That's forever. I would have no trouble living with him in Morocco or anywhere else in the world, but the idea that he could NEVER EVER even visit the US would give me pause. My parents are here and are in no condition to travel. So they'd never meet him, or be with him and our kids together? I'd have to bring the kids here without him just so they could know my folks? and What if our kids wanted to come to school in the US and ultimately settle here? He would be missing out on huge part of who I am and who they will be (I mean our yet to be conceived children!).

If I could be sure eventually he could at least get a tourist visa, I'd go ahead and marry him. But if he were banned from the US for eternity and with absolutely no chance ever, I'd definitely have to think.

Just being honest. I've lived abroad in three different countries for many years, and I was able to put up with many small inconveniences, and even greater restrictions on human rights, solely because I knew I could leave and return to the US. It would be hard to give that up. I don't even think my fiance would be able to ask me to give it up. I certainly wouldn't ask him to give up Morocco.

Well, i just can NOT see myself without my wife. I will abandon planet earth for her:)
