Hey Guys,
I am really concerned about the evidence I need to send in with my I-130. A couple can only have so much evidence soon after getting married so what is really expected when you just send in the form I-130. I know by the time we have our interview we will have lots of evidence such as joint accounts, credit cards, etc. but right now all we have are photos, phone records, gift receipts, etc. Can someone please advise me or share their experience with me.

sorry i took so long. Just want to say thanks for responding. I do have papers for my medical treatment. It has been ongoing since 07 when i got injured in the us.
Check out the guides for AOS. It is up to you to prove you did not have intent o immigrate on entry; and I would asume you have all the documentation related to your medical treatment. Now, marrying right after arrival is a red flag.

I came a week ago to the us for medical treatment in a workmen's comp case. My boyfriend has just proposed and wants us to get married in a month and file for aos. Will this be a problem since if we get married I will just have been here for 5 weeks? Is there a strong chance that I will be suspected of immigrant intent and get my application turned down? I had no intentions of marrying when I came here.
what evidence do i send in with my i-130
