i tried in the past but all i ever got was a busy ring tone? i don t know why maybe i got the wrong number? now i can t even find it at all? do u have it with you?

I called the National Visa Center at 603-334-0700 and they were much more helpful than any call I've ever made to USCIS. They looked up the case by the case number and told me where the packet was.

well my interview is gonna be a lil different, i moved in the us when i was 14 with a k2 visa (my mom had a k1)

and iv alway been legal , but my mom moved out of the country before i ever received my green card, and she said i would get it... and then i realized i would never get it becase my step dad was supose to do it, so when my baby aked to marry me, i decided to move back on my own an apply for the k1 myself

so im a lil scared smething can go wrong at the interview because of my mom leaving me. iv never been illegal,but i had a out of status case with the permission to stay from the immigration until we found a solution....so im very nervous plus i get bad anxiety lol

ugh now im so nervous about the interview, going to paris all alone (im a baby yea, plus i get lost in the mall, so paris, cough cough)

my dress is a mini white dress , 100 bucks, plus the lil party we re having and our gateaway weekend

so i would say 1000 max....i don t want expensive stuff , i just want to marry my angel

i a a lil confused because usis sent a letter to my fiance(petioner) on june 8, saying : that the state department s national visa center has recently received an approve I 129 f petition filled on behalf of your fiance.this letter is to let you know that within a week the petition will be fowarded to th appropriate visa issuing pos

where your visa interview will take place.... ect ect

so i don t understand how i can find the exact day the petition was or will be send to the ambassade in france...

You have to call NVC to get the date they received/sent it out, and you need to speak to an operator there as well as K1s arent put into their automated system.

i heard it takes about 2-3 weeks in average to receive the packet 3, is it 2 to 3 weeks from the day we receive the harcopy or 2 to 3 weeks from the approval notice date (that s on the approval)
