Well that mail delivery IS NOA1. It should have your case number of it as well. Don't worry that you still haven't been approved yet, you only sent your stuff about a month ago, it took us 110 days before we were approved. You should check processing times on the USCIS website. Is your petition at the california service center or the vermont service center?

lawyers are a bad idea... they cost a ton for something that's easy for you to do. They just make it sound really complicated. I was so close to getting a lawyer, but a friend of mine that used to work for one said it's just easier to do it myself. (plus it saves money...lol)

I've sent everything in... just waiting now... I called them yesterday and will probably call them again next tuesday and bug them about getting my case completed and giving me an interview date... I've been visiting my hubby for the past 2 1/2 months in Iran, so its good I don't feel the distance. Don't worry, I pray for a quick process for the both of us!!
