I just called the embassy and they told me that they need bonafide of ongoing relationship since 2007 till now .

In fact i have some cards from my fiancee but just from 2007-Jan of 2009- there is no cards from her in 2010 .Would that be a problem ?!

I have some screen shots of me and her talking on mic from 2007-2008 maybe i can take some that's not the prob .

I have some emails from 2006-2010.

I have some gift receipts '' i sent her some gifts and to her mom '' from 2007-2008 - there is no gift receipts in 2009 or 2010 . Would that be a problem ?

That's all what i have .Is there anything else i have to send ?

Hotguy I feel your pain, I have been on AR/AP no for almost 9 months. But I decided to not sit on my butt anymore, I google the name of the General Consul in Dominican Republic and in the search found his facebook page. I was nervous about doing it but I said forget this this is my life, so I sent him a message. Guess what he replied this morning, no great news just that they are waiting for some paperwork they have requested and this is the reason they have not made a decision yet. I wonder what they have been doing these 9 months, I mean there are updates all the time. He also provided me with his direct e-mail. I am confident that now my case may move faster since he is aware of this, so don't lose hopes.

I added you to the tracker I know its the one place we don't want to be but hopefully yours will be a short lived stay. You should hear something soon.

Nothing im so tired of waitting

Hang in there, if you are tired are waiting where do you leave me . I have been on AR now almost 9 months and still waiting, everytime I call all I get it still processing, we handed in new medical in January and still nothing. According to them last update was 4/28 and before that 2/17. Not sure what is being done but I am still here waiting.

Hey guys, I have been a VJ member for a while but just never posted my story after the interview. Hubby and I went to our interview in Dominican Republic 8/18/2009 and were place on AP it has been 7 months now and we are still stuck in this limbo land. I couldn't take the waiting and in October went to wait it out with hubby but had to come back now to the USA alone. In December hubby received a letter from the consulate advicing to go get another medical exam because his last one was about to expire. We were celebrating cause we thought this was the end. At the medical he was given a hard time and was even administered a drug test and sent to a psychologist for a psych evaluation. The psych Dr. was on top of him telling him to admit he uses drugs, he has never done drugs. The Dr. wrote a recommendation that the medical lab administer another drug test. When hubby went back with the referral the Dr. said he was not doing another one because hubby had passed the first one and he was not going to waste time and more money on hubbys end. Well we went and handed in the new results in the sealed envelope on 1/20/2010. I went with hubby and that is the only thing they took and told him to wait for another call. It has been 3 months since then and nothing, I call almost everyday and the VS say still processing. Really when will this be over? I have lots of faith in the lord above that my husband will be here with me soon but am so scared.

any insights from some of the experienced folks on here as to what I can expect.

YEAHHHHHHHHHH I too got case complete. I tried logging in and the attemp failed, I called NVC and the message still said the documents were under review, I pressed 0 and the agent informed me that as of today May 1, 2009 my CASE is COMPLETE!!!!!

I am waiting now for the IV bill to be available to pay and I also have not heard anything about the choice of agent email. I did send the hard copy of the DS-3032 with the AOS packet and that was delivered today at 11:30 am.

I so hope it I hear something soon, We would love to get a July Interview.

My DS3032 took about 10 days from when the e-mail was sent. Once that is approved is when you get the IV Bill.

I checked my status, and the NVC auto voice said, "waiting on return of biographical information from petitioner, will review paperwork and notify me of the outcome."

What is that mean exactly? I got a confirmation in the email last Wednesday that the AOS fee was paid. Are they waiting for the AOS package? But I already sent it and it was delivered to NVC last Tuesday. Maybe it hasn't been entered in the system yet?

Yeah DS3032 e-mail was accepted today and IV bill has been generated and pid.

was I supposed to wait until they sent the DS-3032 to send the e-mail with the DS- 3032 information? I sent it the 7th of April and it's not in the system yet.

Waldo, I too e-mailed mine on 4/7. I called today and the machine states that the Affidavit of support was received but that they are waiting for the DS-3032 in order to generate the IV Bill.

California CS probably approves the petitions and holds them and sends them out all at once on a certain date. Good luck to all that are still waiting.

Am waiting for the DS3032 to be generated.

My case was approved March 22 and I called about two days ago and that the 129 ws sent to the embassy and the 130 was there but not in the system yet. I called today and the 130 is still not on the system

I call everyday too but still nothing since I-130 on 16th March

I wonder how it works???? Do they work with th eembassys in assigning numbers??? There has to be a reason for the delay.

Could it be that due to the address, California cases take longer to arrive? Does anyone know.

Carlish, did you get your case number from the AVR or an operator? I feel bad calling and bothering them, but it has been over two weeks now since the date of our NOA2...

What do you guys think? Should I call to speak to a representative??

Call, I got my NVC# today and I was approved 3/22 from VSC.
