Hello guys..i got my interview as well..i have interview by the end of month may...i have some question before i go for interview..

1) i have submit all require documents to NVC. do i have fill any other from before my interview..

2) As i heard for fingerprint have to go embassy in advance..like 4-5 days..or it will be done on same day of my interview.

But before that i want to prepare my document which i have to sent onece i will recieve packet 3.so please can i know what document will be require for packet 3.And please give me more detalils if you have (regarding I-130 process in singapore)

i need your advise..i got denial on k1 visa from new delhi..(they said our relationship is not strong,even we submitted all the required documents)..now my fiancee has re-applied k1 Petition at USCIS...on the other hand embassy sending my case back to uscis..i know it will take some time re-sending case back to NVC from USCIS and then delhi embassy again..(if i get re-approval from uscis) but same time i am applying B1/B2 visa..my family(parents,brother) is also living in USA.

My Questions are

1)should i get sponsorship from my brother or my fiancee.. ? (both are software Engg)

2)if visa officer says why you want to go USA then what will be best Answer..

3) My brother have applied my IV petition also..around 2 year's back..(will be problem for applying B1/B2..?)

hello friends..i need your help..my k1 application is under AP from last four months at new delhi embassy and I dont know how long time they will take more and then visa will aprove or not.. so,now me and my fiancee has decide to get marry here in India and apply K3. we know that,we need cancel K1 potttion..but we dont know how long time it will take to cancel K1 pottion and after when we can apply k3 pottion..and how long time it will take to approve k3 at uscis..

I will be very thankful for ur help.

hello friends..i got 221 g in month of Nov/2011,after wk I submited requested documents at vfs.thn I called to dos and they said ur case is in AP.so its 3months are going on and still no answer from embassy.its so hard this long wait..and thn u dont knw waiting time period..i heard delhi embassy takes 90 to 120 days for AP....O God please help !!!

there is no time frame for 221 g. its 8th wk going on and I m waiting n waiting.i gave my IV at delhi emb. best of luck

4 wks, get ur voter id card and voter list. mine is under process of 221 g so get all documets and submited 15 b4 to ur interview.

If they asked you to submit your passport, it is most probably approval.

I am in a similar situation. I had my K1 visa interview on July 20,2011 at New Delhi and received 221g white slip asking to submit additional documents as proof relationship. We submitted all the documents on July 26 and it has been 34 days since then. I have been reading a lot of post by different people who have been through this and came to this conclusion that it takes lot of patience and perseverance to deal with the US Embassy. Hang in there. Have hope and courage. If anyone has any views, inputs to share please do!

That is such a ridiculous reason. I got the 221g form too. My understanding is that you just need to satisfy the one requirement they have highlighted and then it should all be fine, they don't ask for another interview. If I were you I would make an appointment to do a same day passport renewal, it costs a bit more, but it's worth the time you save, then book in the courier to pick it up the next day, they have been pretty efficient once they have received the extra info but it's still a hassle couriering everything back and forth so get it all booked in. I have had two rounds of sending in info, both times they responded within 2 days of receiving the paperwork and as I was writing this the courier just delivered my passport WITH visa!!!!

You seem to misunderstand what's going on. Your visa application was denied. Your petition was sent back to USCIS, and the consulate is recommending that the approval of the petition be revoked because they think your relationship is a sham. What happens to the petition now depends on which USCIS service center originally approved it. The California Service Center usually just lets the petition expire, which means you start over with a new petition. The Vermont Service Center is more likely to readjudicate the returned petition, which means you could be waiting months for an answer. If they reaffirm the petition then it will eventually be sent back to the consulate, and you'll get another interview. Otherwise, they'll send your fiancee a Notice Of Intent to Revoke. A lot of people don't bother waiting, and just marry and file a spousal visa petition.

Your fiancee is going to be dealing with the returned petition. I suggest you tell her to come here and educate herself.

Hello Vj Friends..the big day(Interview) is coming soon..after 13 days. i am going to submit my documents to VFS. please tell me about pictures.how many pictures i submit with documents or should i submit whole Photo Album. 2nd i lost my First Expire passport 14-15 months ago and after that i launched a police report at police station. and then they gave FIR of lost (Expire passport)..i have scan copy of my first passport in my computer..do i need to submit FIR copy of lost passport and scan photo copies of Exp Passport at VFS office.on my Exp passport had B1/B2 visa stamp and visa has been Exp 2 years ago..

will be any effect of lost EXP passport on my interview..?
