Hi to all of you! Just to let you know that I don't have any of the so called TOUCH. I still don't know what is that all about. My application number is not on their system as of this writing. It will be my first month on Friday after my biometrics. Tired of waiting and worrying...

It's my 3rd week after my biometrics and still hoping that later when our mailwoman arrives I will have a good news from USCIS. Since my number is not showing up in their system MAYBE there will be a surprise for me in the mailbox. Good luck to all of us STILL WAITING... God bless!

Thank you very much KC MP. Your post gave me a relief a little bit because when my husband and I called that 1800 it seemed that my application was hopeless. No one knew where it went. Anyway, another week of waiting as usual. This process really tested all of our patience. Good luck to all of us and congratulations on your approval. Are you from the Philippines? My husband and I just called the 1800 number if your case number doesn't show online. All they've got are the same information that they received it in such and such a date, then my bio appt. and nothing else. No added information except things that we knew already. I don't see any sense why that 1800 number exist there. Maybe someone can enlighten me what's the purpose of that number...

Just my opinion, no matter how advance the technology is, there is still a possibility of disorganized dealing with processing. They don't have any idea of what the applicants will feel, all they care MAYBE is to do their job regardless if it's done efficiently or not. Just venting...

Congratulations aminesby! Hopefully all of us waiting will have a good news this week. I'm always disappointed if I see our mailwoman and no mail for me from USCIS. Just a question aminesby , did you receive any of those touches online? I'm still wondering what those touches are. My number is not on their system yet.

Another day has passed and no sign of any good news for any approval or online touch. Tomorrow marks my 2nd week after my biometrics day. Hopefully there will be good news. Good luck to all of us waiting. Godspeed.

I've been waiting for any TOUCH since August 10. Of course their office is closed today and tomorrow, so I will start waiting again Monday onwards. I wonder why there are people who's got TOUCHES and some don't. Good luck to all of us WAITING. Patience is always the magic word.

Congratulations notnew! Did you have any touch in your application online before the approval? I'm worried because there was not any touch in my application and up to now it says it's not in their system yet.

Hi everyone! This is my first week after my biometrics and there is still NO touched. I don't know what's going on. It always says my number is not in the system or whatever is the exact terms that they use. Just out of curiosity, when is the right time to have some change in that online thing. I want to ask Jamericanlove, what is your observation on the pattern of this online updates. I didn't see much of posts in this topic. I read one that has no touch AT ALL and he/she was approved. So, going by that I guess there's no real pattern re updates online. Thanks a lot in advance to someone who will bother to answer my question or shall I say my curiosities.... Good Tuesday to everyone. I access my number online almost every hour and my husband laughs at me.

Hi to all! Just had my biometrics this 3:00 PM. I would like to ask you guys on how to update the status of my application. Is it going to the website of USCIS and to the Resources and from there I can update the status. I read some posts that they are receiving texts and emails. How's that? Anyone kind enough to answer my questions. Just want to know ahead of time and just out of curiosity, when is the possible time that there is what we call "touch" in the application. Sorry for my lack of knowledge of the process. Thanks in advance.

Praise God! I just got back from New York City and when my husband check the mail, there my Biometrics Appointment was. It will be on August 10 at 3:00 P.M. The NOA date was July 26. Good luck to a speedy process for July filers and of course to all the other applicants. Can someone update the list because I don't want to mess with it. Thanks in advance.

Hi Notnew! If I'm not asking too much, may I know where your ASC is. Mine is here in Rhode Island and I don't know if our ASC is that busy. My husband (who's my petitioner) also live in the area so while I'm reading some of the posts it seems that MAYBE I will be lucky as you. Praise God! I just received my NOA1 today )11:40 A.M. My husband told me that maybe it's because we use the Postal Money Order Check instead of personal check (in that case it's good as cash). I'm so happy because that NOA1 also has my one year extension. Good luck to all July 2010 filers and I know that your NOA1 will be coming soon. I will keep you posted on any activity of my application.
