ok im going with the k-3 visa and wil deal with it ...but on the g325-a form it asks to check permanent resident or other...do i put other and type in k-3 visa or go with permanent resident box...not sure which box to check...can anyone tell me which i check or what ...its at the bottom of the 325 form...on the left...just dont wanna make a mistake and to all who answwered my posts..you are so helpful and i thank you greatfully!....hoopy

im just starting to get the process for my wife to move to america from china...should we file for a k-3 or a Cr1...allitle confused on what to do and would like some advice..what is the difference and is it easier to get her a Cr1 than a K-3...just would like a litle help so we can get this filed asap..i married her in china and i am going back to the us next week..im a usa citizen and just need some help..thanks...hoopy

ok...sorry to be such a newbie....but it asks for the i-325 to go with the i-130 and the i-129 in a k-3 visa process...does the 325 go w/both or just one of the forms...wife is from china..im american...just tryin to get a handle on all the stuff needed...to all who help...thank you...hoopy

Do the i-130 and the i-129 have to filled out using capitol letters...just need to know since just starting this process..shes from china..and im american...anyone may send messege or respond here...thanks....hoopy

ok..thank you.,..and they say i need a affidavit to show my chinese sister in law seen us get married(bonafide affidavit)...how do i get this notorized...or do i need to....can they just sign a paper i type up...or does it have to be notorized...im in china now and need a fasst reply...hoopy

you dont need the affidavit and it doesnt have to be notorized. Having the affidavits are just an extra addition, not a requirement

this bonafide marriage paper that has to go with the i-130..and the i-129...my chinese wifes sister and brother were at the wedding and we want them to sign the paper stating so and have it notorized...do we have to...and if so...how can i get this done in china...where do i go..a notory..or where to get this done....need help...only here for a week longer then back to the states...just starting the process..thanks...hoopy

on the i-130 and the i-129 they ask for a g325a form and ask for a passport pic...do i just add one pic for all the for pages as one document...or do i need to add a pic to all' 4 pages...making it a total of 4 pics in the g325 form...helppppppppppppp!....hoopy
