Filed to bring my British husband home with me at the Tokyo Embassy with the I-130 petition.
Our Journey:
February 9, 2009 - Married at our local city office
February 16, 2009 - Received our proof of Marriage certificate from the same.
February 18, 2009 - Went to the Tokyo American Embassy with my Husband to submit our petition. Told we had preliminary approval.
March 7, 2009 - Received our packet from the Embassy saying we were stilled approved following our FBI Checks and could now schedule our final interview.
March 23, 2009 - My husband went to his final Interview alone and was told he would be approved and receive the visa packet in the mail within a week.
March 24, 2009 - Received the visa packet at 9:30 in the morning!!! Only had to wait a day.
April 3, 2009 - We leave for America <3
