  1. hello.... i'm new in this site.... gee, i'm very nervous and excited about my interview....

my docs are ready, I had passed my medical at st. lukes last jan21-22....

my husband is still working on his recent tax... I have a copy of his w-2 (2008) and I'm waiting for his IRS (2008), hope to have it before my interview...

here's my list of proof of ongoing relationship:

    bank accounts

    account statement (showing his remittances)

my health insurance (showing my husband as my beneficiary)

airline ticket (only his recent visit)

    copy of passport stamps

email from my hubby (my email for my hubby)

    yahoo chat screen shots

    atm remittances reciepts

MY telephone bills (my husband used phonecard)

    pictures

    wedding invitation

wedding album (5inches in thickness lol)

wedding cards (gifts) from our guests

I feel bad coz, our snail mails are gone.. don't know where to find them  ... we were married since 2000....

worried about our age gap  his 48 i'm 26 (22)

please give me advice. please share your experiences.... lots of butterflies flying inside my stomach...hehehe

i really appreciate any comments... thanks in advance....

Good luck...just wanna ask, if u got married on d year 2000 and u are only 22 now, how old were u when u got married?

Dont worry of d age gap, as long as u have enough evidence to satisfy d consul, then u are safe. Share ur experience on Feb.13.

By d way I have few questions to you...

    1. Did u pay d visa processing before or after medical day? (BDO)

    2. what is that documents verification? is that diff from visa processing, if so, where to pay it?

    3. ur medical finished for how many days?

    4. Do i need to bring only NOA2, NVC letter,USEM email and passport on my medical date?

Thanks and Again good luck on ur interview...

  2. [/size]First of all i just wanna say hello to anyone there! i just really need your opinion right now,

i am not lucky like the usually people who got there chance to have a visa...

My Problem is i have my previous marriage before and now i am waiting for my decisions to come this month... But the woman in consul whose interviewing me today she's was denying my papers... she never give me a consideration to wait my decision this month...

So i just wanna know what is the best way that i can do once i received my decision..b'coz the embassy didnt give me an instruction to what i do then

if ever i have my decision from the court... if am i going to apply for new application for petition? or am i going to send the copy of my decision to the USCIS or Appealing for my case.... they we're just told me once my previous marriage not terminated they will never give me a visa thats it...and returned my passport, so no clue about any instruction..

My boyfriend and i we both deppresed about this things happen to us..please kindly give us some advise ..ill wait for your kindly feedback and reply

    Godbless all!!

Hello...Just curious of your timeline...you are so lucky to received NOA2 almost 2 months only from NOA1...but so confused bcoz it took only 6 days from d time d NVC received and d time u received Packet 4, and from Packet 4 to Interview date is almost one year...I guess, its not bcoz u are still married why d consul denied you but its bcoz of expiration of your NOA2...I dont know if u r telling d truth or just gathering info if what would happen f you file K1 petition and ur previous marriage still not finalized...hope u wont mind me asking, is your timeline truthful or you were in rush only typing your timeline?[/ good luck to you.

    thank you..

    MadzandCarl

  3. a friend of mine who had same wt ur case waited for d court decicion til she set for an interview bcoz its very clear n d instruction that b4 filing a K1 or b4 interview, both parties are free to get married. If the consul denied you then denial has a big diff from delaying of issuance of visa...but still prayers is d best weapon to touch God's heart. Good Luck

I dont get it... you friend filed for the k-1, then waited to scheudel an interview until after it was finalized?

    were they approved?

Yes...she is now in Alabama...when her fiance applied for K1 that time, she intentionally not to include her form325A, so, she has no record at USCIS that time...but her laywer assured her that before the petition approved the annulment will be ok, so, before RFE received by her fiance, the result was already finalized in d court. She got approved May of 2007 at NVC, Consulate received d papers a week after, and 1 month before expiration of her NOA2 and thats on July of 2007, she called USEM to set an interview sched dated Sept 2007, a longer duration bcoz she was worried that time that NSO was not yet updated of d result of her annulmet case. The duration from USCIS approval-calling-set for interview date had a little bit longer gap, but shes fine now. Its only a matter of understanding on their instruction...

Cool.. but the only difference is that im sure your friends annulment is done and she was able to provide a annotated copy from NSO during the interview itself, In their case.. she went into interview with no Court decision yet.. and ofcourse, No annulment decree on hand to prove shes legally able to marry him. :(

Actually, they had same situation...applied K1 while annulment case still going on. What my friend did, she was not in a hurry for interview bcoz she knows that it might affect her visa...she set an interview when she knows that annulment result was almost there. If she (vj member) waited another month til she set her interview date, denial wont happened to her...bczo she said that she was supposed to received the result last month, only one problem arised only that took her not to received the result on time...if she set her sched months after, and not weeks from result of annulmet case as per promised is subject to be changed, denial will be far away from her.Anyway, theres still always a second chance and good luck to everyone's journey.

  6. Hello Pinay VJ members. My medical is on Tuesday. Just wanna know if what are the forms needed on medical? When will I pay d VISA processing? Is the receipt also needed to submit to them together with the passport on my medical? And how long will it takes or undergo d medical check up? What hotel would you suggest that is close to St. Lukes Hosp? Any advise and suggestions are highly appreciated...Thank you Vey much and God Bless.
  7. oh my.. my fiance called today but still same thing. no timeframe. still under investigation. i hate to call everyday. il be calling next week instead. this is making me so depressed as it is! whew!

My fiance called trice...first was when we learned that we were on AP since Dec. 17 (Jan.15). Second was Jan 28 and they told him that they will send the papers within the week and third was 28th, a day after they sent our papers to USEM. Good Luck...

  8. I was worried and tired of waiting When my papers stucked at NVC for 7 weeks...now that I have my interview schedule I am nervous :help: ...before I was 100% ready, now I almost forgot what are the documents needed for my interview hehe...

  9. Mine was also 7 weeks TO BE AXACT stucked at NVC(I was not aware that we were on AP, thought it was only normal to be reveiwed more than a month at NVC, until I found this site and wondered why they had their schedule, d fact that they I was approved before them) ...I wrote NVC tru email, they replied and papers sent to USEM on 27th and USEM received on Feb.2, now I have my interview sched which will be on March 2, 2009. You will be D next. Good Luck to all of us.
  10. Yes...Its so easy just to say im waiting...but gosh, actual waiting is really hard. But after 40 days stucked at NVC, they replied to my email about asking my case status. I sent email at NVCINQUIRY@state.gov and 10 days after, they informed me that my papers are totally sent here in Manila last Dec. 27. Im so happy bcoz im now on the next higher level of this journey...getting nearer to the most awaited part...interview time and receiving VISA. Its only a matter of silent prayer. Thanks GOD!

  11. NVC just received my IV stuff today and the automated system says something is missing that they requested. I have been trying to talk to a person there ever since, but all day today they say NVC is closed. Is this happening to anyone else?

Also on a different note I send the following:

    DS 230 (Part I signed)

    Beneficiaries:

    2 photos

    Original Birth Certificate & photocopy

    Original Police Certificate & photocopy

    Original Marriage Certificate & photocopy

    Passport photocopy

What do you guys think I missed?

The first thing that comes to mind is if the embassy is an "appointment post" then you need DS 230

part 2 filled out but not signed...

Better to talk NVC operator, bcoz sometimes they misplaced one document, like what happened to me "USCIS issue" I sent two ID pictures and when i Received RFE they again asked me my ID pictures. I adviced u to call them everyday maybe its your lucky day now. Good luck.

  12. I was about to sign out bcoz its already 10:15pm already, when I opened my inbox bcoz my email alert was noisy...I cant believe it, bcoz I found one email from NVC informing me that NVC has completed its processing and has been forwarded the petition to the assigned US Embassy/Consulate General for further processing. I sent an email last January 21 to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov about the status of my visa and after a week they respond with a good result. At long last, im now totally out from AP since December 17 of being stucked up there. Its very easy just to say i will wait, but the actual waiting is really hard....but now, im released from NVC and will be facing another level of this journey and thats in USEM Manila. Good Luck to all of us. Praise GOD and Thank you LORD for helping us!

  13. Today is Monday I have been calling USEM Manila tel 1 909 101 7878 since this morning till afternoon for my medical & interview schedule but it always failed, all I hear is a busy tone. Can u pls guys coach me how to call? any trick ? I cannot penetrate to the operator. I need to get my schedule asap but I don't want to waste money for prepaid card since charge per min is so expensive.Ok pls I need help here.

Reason why i cant access on the USEM tel 1 909.... because i was using Smart load in my cellphone I don't know why whats the difference, & this morning I call again using PLDT land line & i did talk to the operator to get my appointment for medical & interview date, the lady said our files is already there but they are still working it to the database, she advice me to just wait for the packet they sent me before i have to call again. Wondering why others got their appointment already before they received letter from USEM.

Anyone have done this? I want to get my interview date asap considering we have been waiting for sooooo long already.

    Tell me your experiences pls.

Actually im AP...my case was stucked for almost 5 weeks at NVC already, my fiance called yesterday and the good news he got was they will send our papers next weeks to USEM...hopefully. I havent experienced yet as u will read my timeline I have no sched yet...I called 02-301-2000 just to ask only if my case is already generated but still they have not receive and the operator adviced me to call 1-909-101-7878 next time if i like to set an interview date and prepare my email add where they can send the notification letter and my passport (maybe they will ask passport #) they dont send packet 3 anymore..an email from USEM, NOA2 and letter from NVC are enough to show to SLMC for medical...I also dont understand why you have no schedule of interview yet until now, everybody can get their sched for interview ASAP they talked USEM...i suggest, dont rely on one operator, call everyday and ask your interview date...they are so many operator, im sure that nobody can tell you "makulit" its a bit expensive but its worth naman once you have your sched already...

call 02-321-2000 and operator will answeryou, then dial again 7 and then operator will again answer and dial local# 5184# or 5185#...u can ask if your case already generated, and u can ask your hubby also to call 19091017878 to set an appointment for your interview...u can have your medical a week before your interview. Good luck...your timeline almost one year...why took longer? but what important is you are there already...while im not yet sure when is my luck...my case still at NVC. Good Luck

is it more cheaper dun sa 02-321-2000??????????

I dont know if which is cheaper bcoz i havent reecived yet my account from Globe bcoz ...but i have an idea that calling 19091017878 is more expensive bcoz if u will call from US it costs $18...anyway, still the 09091017878 has the power to schedule you for your interview, but still good to call local number to know if your case is already in their system...good that you can call USEM using prepaid, its SMART AND PLDT have the access to call USEM. I will try prepaid later too in SMART. Good luck...
