    i have a question we were going to bring his daughter as well with him but since he is dead what do i have to do in order for her to come?

      I highly don't think you can bring his daughter to the US if he never got a visa and you never married him. You may think of adopting her if possible. Yet keep intouch with her and let her know you are there for her always.

    I dont even know if he is going to get his visa, Haven't talked to my husband yet, I know it wasn't a definite yes or no, I dont even know what happened or what is going on so frustrated and disappointed now. All I know is that they were asking for things that they didn't ask before.
