No I-94 needed for permanent residents. She can stand in line in the Immigrant/US citizens line and then they will take her to Immigration for processing. If for some reason she's in the wrong line, they'll just tell her where to go. No biggie.

Are you saying that she need to fill I-94 and Custom Form (Blue form) or just Custom Form (Blue Form)?

My wife will be getting CR1 visa. Does anyone know which form will she need to fill out. When she will be doing Custom Protectiom & Borader in flight or in usa. Does she need 94 or 94W form or something else? And does she need to stand in non-immigrant line or immigrant/us citizens?

My wife didn't have all the Vaccine. Does she need to get all the vaccine back home or can she get here in State?

I am also waiting for interview appointment letter... It is very strange that I have been calling to them since last week and they told to me that my case is in final review. And when I asked to talked to supervisor yesterday than she told to me my case is complete and waiting for interview date. I don't know what is ture?

Does anyone knows if Police Certificate & Character Certificate are same in India? I got the Character Certificate from India, but the NVC doesn't see that document and they have to review again....

I have received the NVC case # today. NV told to me that I have to wait until I received the package in the mail ans it will take 4 to 6 weeks.

1. Can anyone help me out what other documents do I need and I have to send back to them?

note: applied for 130 and it's approved and got NVC #

2. What will be a good idea for DS3032? Should I get the package in USA address or to my wife place in India?

3. Can someone tell to me all the steps I have to go through and what need to get ready?

I just called NVC and operator told me that I should wait 2 to 4 weeks before I get my case number. I have seen from others post that the people are getting there NVC case number after 2 to 3 days...

Is it true or I should call them every 2 hours until I got the case number....?

I checked my email and got email from uscis that my application has been approved for both k-3 & 130.

Guess what...? I called to my local congress and she was not able to find any information and same message that some applications take less time to clear the security and others take long time... over all I still have to wait for my turn... even they are approval the applications, which got submitted after me... I still have to wait...

What a BS....? but good thing is that my congress lady said that email her next week also so she can email to them and find out o they wouldn't forget it... I don't know if it is a good idea or not. After all they will do whatever they want to do....?

Also she mentioned that it's better to wait at VSC b/c sometime embassy don't have any time slot available for interview and they hold up the application on VSC or CSC center... I don't know if that also is true...

I also tried to expedite and they never get back to me. After 2 months I called them and aksed for it, but Rep. didn't know anything first time than she said it has been denied... I don't know ####### they are doing and approval for people who should be after us.

It is kind of very very stressful...

Waiting for NOA2 sucks, It is a pain in the butt, It is filled with sadness, loneliness, pain, anxiety, uncertainties being apart from your husband/wife. This is the hardest part I've experienced so far. But when you get your NOA2 it is a pain reliever, no more worries. Like me, i get good sleep every night than before & its getting better & better even daytime i can sleep good now. After almost 1 yr of waiting. Whewwww. we are now on our final journey. Hoping for the best.

Me too. I don't think there has been anything more stenuos on my emotions than this wait. everyday the first thing I do is check the USCIS site; the last thing I do before I sleep is check the USCIS site; all I do all day is think about it. It's so hard to concentrate on anything else.

anyway, like you said - it's still Tuesday.

Same here guys... I check the USCIS all the time... may be every 30 mins. I know it's crazy but can't help it. I have been waiting since May 19th 2008. I hope mine is coming this week and I can update on site.

When am I getting my approval...?

I hope my approvals comes sometime soon within the coming weeks. I haven't had a touch since July, so I wonder if my case is sitting in a box somewhere, which has been forgotten. I have tried calling a couple of times to get to a supervisor, but no luck as of yet. What can you do but wait.....

I am also in same time frame and should be hearing soon too... I hope so... I called up and ask to speak to supervisor. Rep. told he/she is not available right now so call back later....

I hope someone is working on my file too and will get approve this week... Come on God! help us out!

I am with you brother... I hope people like us should get approval this week since it has been 8 months...

This is BS... they just moved for one month in 3 months... what kind of work are they doing?

They better move their #### and do some work instead of chit-chatting with their pretty chicks or handsome guys...

I don't want to be a bad person... how are the people getting approval before us? The people who still waiting from June/July and August people already getting approval.

This is a really a big problem with USCIS/VSC management system... or may be these people have some internal access to these people and they are getting favor from them...

I don't know which one is true... but it is really really sad for all of us waiting and other people are getting approval who should be getting approval after us.

USCIS still has not updated the website... and on one has update their timeline too. I am wondering if anyone got approve and USCIS still working to approve the application for others...

I hear you!! We are the beginning of June too and if you look at the graph of approvals on Igor's List there seem to be more people appoved in August than June!! Frustrating! Obviously order of recieving them has no relevance at VSC!

I just called the USCIS and still hearing the same reply that my case is in normal process time... why don't they understand that it is not a normal for people like us waiting and there is no a updated online site from them yet...

You are not alone.. Almost everybody here is frustrated. All you could do is to vent. Sad to say, we cannot do anything about VSC process. Nobody even knows what's going on inside the service centers. I also cannot understand why K1 is faster than K3 and CR1.. Be strong. Our journey will end soon (hopefully).

Immigration law is broken for US citizens. US Citizens have to wait for much much longer than other people such as people who are here on working visa (H1, H2, J, etc...). These people can bring there relatives with them right away, not even more than month...

I hope new government will fix these immigration rule....

I don't think so USCIS will be updating anything this month b/c VSC backlog is still way so behind... I am so pissed from these people and i ddon't know what the hell they are doing in the office...?

I still waiting on NOA2...I have to turn back in romania on 25th of january and I really want know how long will take until my NOA2 will be approved

I did sent the package for K1 visa to the VSC in 08 sept 2008 and I received the conformation on 10 sept 2008 that they recivde my application

now I just went to the timelines and edit there but I can't view after ....know somebody why?
