Done my early bio today..hopefully it will be accepted..got a little bit of a problem with few of my fingers since i have latex allergy:-( so free scarring on some. But the person who did my biometrics tried to rescan my fingers 3 times. And the worse that can happen is for me to repeat it. So anyways, early bio today 11/04/10.

The receipt number from NOA (first notice) will not be accessible thru the net. Wait for the biometrics appointment letter, the receipt number in this letter is the one that will be available in the website

Hi there. I also got my BSN in the philippines last 2006 and now im working here in cali as RN at icu. There are other setting for a nurse like you who don't want hospital setting. LIke a nursing "office work", nurses like these get their masters though to work as Utilization review nurses or case manager...just a thought..but if you already finished pharmacy school in here then there you go you will be able to work as a pharmacist in here..good luck to your career choice..

Just saw this thread and thought to share my experience. I am a Registered Nurse in the philippines graduated 2006, i got here march 2008, got married june 08, took nclex november 2008, got hired same month and started january 2009 as icu nurse. At the moment, thank god im still working at same hospital, its been 1 year and 10 mos to be exact , plus having other part time job as RN. Will go back to school for my masters next spring 2011.
Looking back, i remember the times that i felt so lonesome at home, although i enjoyed taking care of my hubby, I still felt the sense of continuing my profession. For now, i'm just thankful...good luck to all of us

I do most of our bills online too, like electric & gas. I called them and ask for a year's worth of paper bills and they told me that i can access it thru myonline account under bill statement history and print it out. So most of the bills that i sent are printed out online, even our banking statement as I do mine online. So ask them where can you print it online?

Hmm yes that is weird, but i think its better that you just walk in where you had your biometrics taken and show them that letter and maybe something went wrong with your first fingerprints and they want to retake it or something... good luck to you...
