Bandar and I met in October 2002 while he was a grad student in Cincinnati. He returned to Saudi Arabia after the fall semester. We spent July together in Cairo because his country will not admit me and mine won't admit him. We had originally planned to marry while in Cairo and persue a spousal visa, but after meeting with the consulate we decided to go the fiance visa route.
